The vacation home has ocean views from all rooms. With room for 3 people, the house is well furnished with a kitchen/dining room in connection with the living room. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove and oven. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The living room has a wood-burning stove and direct access to a south-facing wooden terrace overlooking the sea towards Thurø and Langeland. The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Associated bathing jetty. Beds are distributed with a sofa bed and a 1.5-person bed. Families with children are not wanted.

The guest house is 200 meters from the Øhavsstien and 300 meters to the old railway line, which goes directly into Svendborg. Possibility to bring horse and dog.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably undisturbed. Note: There's hot water here, even if the listing says otherwise!
