In the morning, directly on the slopes, without a ski bus or waiting in line - fantastic! The apartment building is located on the slope to the Fleckalmbahn. The house was built in 2018 and furnished according to the latest standards. Both apartments have a separate terrace. Ski storage or storage room is available directly in the same building.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.
