We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

We had a nice stay at Meera's beautiful place. Place looks exaclty as in photos and the communication with Meera was seamless. She was readily available at all times. The rooms and kitchen were specious and clean. The view from the terrace of Beach was the best and the Baech was walkable which was a plus. Only suggestion is to provide a safe lock for the Gate as well. There was some movement in the road during night and since the door had no lock, we were a bit concerned.

This was a beautiful stay, perfectly captured the essence of Cherai Beach. The villa is directly facing the beach and the nearest restaurant is just a 2 minute walk away. We absolutely loved the stay!

Highly recommended. Thank you for memorable stay. A great experience all around. Mr. Vineet an excellent host, gentleman and hospitable throughout our visit. The location is close to kochi water metro which was a part of travel itenary. We were a team of six people, including four from Mumbai, and everyone really appreciated the well-maintained home, thoughtful arrangements, and the available amenities.The house was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Our team felt truly at home. The Mumbai team already planning to return in the future with their extended family. What we loved? The location is beautifully nestled in traditional kerala style settling. The host helped us in arrangjng auto rickshaw for local travel and guided us in our itenary. Locals are very friendly with special mention of SK hotel nearby. A gem of a place to visit.

"Soleil waters"

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

Such a fantabulous place to stay with good ambience!!... This place is apt for 6 people. Swiggy & Zomato are available here. Only shortcoming was there was no fan for a huge dining hall. Needed atleast 1 a.c or more fans to cover such a big area...
