Great Place to stay, and owner is so humble and helpful

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb property in Kochi during our campus immersion program at IIM Kozhikode’s Kochi campus.. The host was incredibly flexible, friendly, and humble, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly suited to our needs. Peaceful, clean and very kind homestay. Healthy meals. Beautiful views. Kids friendly. Very knowledgable hosts. Daily yoga sessions before breakfast for our children. Nice tips for excursions around the area. Authentic experience, much better than what a resort can offer (however, day trips to the nearby resorts can also be arranged). Nothing we missed!

This is my third or fourth stay here, and it’s always been a smooth, comfortable experience. The place is clean, well-kept, and feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

We were in Coimbatore for a Race Training at Kari Speedway. We chose this place because it was just 20 mins away. The property is decently maintained with all the essential amenities. The best part was that it was very well priced. It is definitely the most value for money place. Jose is also a very friendly and kind host. He messaged me every morning to make sure things were going smoothly and was very proactive in communicating us the directions. I definitely recommend it.

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience we have had. The warmth and affection Viji Chechi showed made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. By the end of our stay, she felt like one of our family members. Another great thing about this property other than its stunning infrastructure,space and warm host is that it is pet friendly. Would definitely plan another visit soon.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . We had a wonderful stay at The Wilsons! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful. The property is situated at an impressive elevation, offering stunning views that truly took our breath away. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the place—it’s beautifully designed and exceptionally well-kept. A special mention to Mr. Vivin, who was a truly outstanding host. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was serene, and we felt completely rejuvenated during our stay. This was easily one of the best stays we've ever had, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

Secret Escape is something unique and a very cozy space we found in recent times. Spacious rooms and the independent kitchen is a highlight. The outside premises are beautifully maintained. Pool was fun and private.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Amazing place! We stayed for three days for some shopping, and Tom's apartment was a great decision. The apartment has three rooms—two with queen beds and one with a smaller bed—so it was perfect for five adults. The location is very close to Lulu Mall and other shops, making it very convenient. There is parking available inside the premises for one car. Tom is a very warm host. He communicated well and was always available whenever we needed something. He keeps the apartment in excellent condition. I would recommend this stay to everyone!

I will try to limit my thoughts to 1000 words. Firstly, Manoj is very responsive and helpful. He shared the contacts, instructions, and locality details well in advance. Million thanks to Francis, who is the caretaker. The neighborhood is really friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful. Francis chettan helped with everything. Please visit Mettekkatt Bakery for amazing coconut ice creams and Sharbat. We rented this BnB to visit close by temples. But it never felt like a vacation. It was more like we were with our family. We made good connection with people in this beautiful and exotic fishing village. Vincent (Binny chettan) who helps with the taxicab is a great guide and friend and the best company one can have. We stayed for a week and left with a heavy heart, never wanting to leave this place. True spirit of Kerala, its natural beauty, and the most beautiful people at heart, ever. Don't miss to dine at Blue Lagoon at Krishnan Kotta if you are into Fish. Best places to stay ever..

Greta place to stay. In the hear of Kakkanad and nearby infopark. Lots of restaurants nearby for quick deliveries of Swiggy and Zomato. Place looked exactly like the pictures

We group of nine cousins had an unforgettable farm stay experience in Pollachi. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The serene surroundings, fresh air, and lush greenery made it the perfect getaway. The hosts were incredibly humble and took great care of us, making us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing, delicious, wholesome, and reminiscent of home-cooked meals. Every moment spent here was relaxing and refreshing. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great food and wonderful hospitality, this place is an absolute must-visit.

Location, Amenities, Host, Check in and Check out - Everything that we liked about this place. Perfect if you want to stay close to the airport for a group of 6-8 people. Very peaceful locality, Instamart was not delivering but Food delivery was not an issue even later in the night. Special mention to Eldhose for his responsiveness and helping with our requiements - he was kind enough to come and give our phone charger that we left at the house on the prevoius day.

The property was amazing to be at with it's peaceful surroundings nd very well connected to places around and Fort Kochi and other attractions. We had a lot of fun at the property and with it's aesthetics this property is a really good place to be at. Vivek was responsive oover the call and literally a call away in case of any questy which made the experience more memorable - would like to book the property again for any future trips.

Joby's place is a great place to stay if you're opting for some peaceful private vacation. The house has all the basic amenities. One thing to keep in mind is to plan your food requirements. Recommended to pack your groceries if you can cook as they have kitchen with gas stove and utensils or you can purchase in the nearby shop ( Timings are important ). Hotels are not very accessible but Joby/host will arrange if you're not in a position to cook. Other than that the place Mankulam is so rich that is filled with nature and beautiful people. Do visit once.
