Situated at the heart of Fort Kochi, Our home is very near to all the tourist attractions in the area.
“We booked Antony and Rincy's Coconut Grove homestay for one night and it was very pleasant stay overall. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees and plantain trees. The room was a bit small than I had pictured after looking at photos but it was still very comfortable and neatly maintained. Towels and toiletries were laid out, water bottle was provided and we had a cupboard to store belongings. Bathroom had a good shower and very clean. Rincy offered to make us fresh lemonade as soon as we reached the home late evening. She provided us a map of Fort Kochi and explained the major attractions to visit and how to reach. The next day morning, we had the most delicious breakfast of fresh pineapple juice, pathiri (a thin rice pancake), vegetable stew and hot coffee prepared and beautifully presented by Rincy. For a homestay, the hospitality and care provided was of hotel standard. All major attractions are within 10 minute walkable distance, the beach is a 15 minute walk. As we had a night bus, we were able to store our luggage in the hall of the homestay. Rincy even offered her own home for me to freshen up before leaving for my bus since the next guests had already arrived for the other rooms. I would absolutely recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Fort Kochi.”
Our home is on the bay just across the river from Fort Kochi, nestled in a quiet residential area of colonial Cochin. With a quite beach, beautiful lanes and Chapels it is ideal for a calm and relaxed holiday. It is in the heritage zone of 'Our Lady of Hope Church' (built 1604 AD). It's our dream house which we built as our vacation home. A short 5 min ferry ride takes you into the heart of Fort Kochi with it's historic places and restaurants all within walking distance.
“We stayed in Tamara was absolutely lovely. I can’t pick out any cons for the place. It’s such a cute house with a lot of thoughtful touches. The best part is the beach and Chinese fishing nets are just 10 steps away from the house. So it’s amazing to catch the beautiful Arabian Sea sunset. Lynette was super helpful with any checkin related questions I had and Robin helped us out once we got to Vypin. The house itself is super clean and tidy, has any amenities you can think of, and is located in a nice and cozy neighbourhood. Would highly recommend the place, it’s worth every penny! ❤️”

“Travelers: STAY HERE :) This homestay has wonderful hosts, great food, water purifier and kitchen space, a very comfortable clean room and bathroom, and is on a quiet street but still very well-located. Anitha and her family took care of us, helped us get around and find things we needed, were very friendly and made us feel super welcome and at home. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! We had no trouble finding the homestay (apparently other did?). The address is correct and can be searched for in google maps while you have service, but if you are having any trouble, downloading the offline version of google maps and starring the homestay location is a good idea (do this while you are on WiFi/have phone service). When you get to the area, ask any rickshaw driver to take you to Njaliparambu Junction and walk the 1/2 block from there. There’s a sign in front. Thanks so much Anitha and family :)”
