A wonderful place. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Spa facilities were a great way to relax at the end of a day exploring, or a great start to the morning. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The gardens were beautiful. We had a lovely sea view from the balcony, the sunrise was spectacular. Many thanks Chris for a peaceful stay, just what we needed.

Fabulous place, host and location. The accommodation had everything and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Guestling. Lots of lovely walks on the door step and near the coast. An ideal place to recharge the batteries.

What a beautiful, peaceful and lovely home to stay in! I can't recommend it highly enough. My family and I (three generations) stayed for a weekend and had a relaxing and restorative time together. The house and garden are big and beautifully laid out. The ground floor living area/kitchen is beautifully laid out so that we could be together when we wanted to, and be separate when we wanted that, too. The garden is fabulous and has lovely different parts to it - an area at the bottom that my children call 'the forest', and paved patio at the top where we had an outdoors lunch - and lots of little garden spaces in between. We stayed at short notice, and Hayley was very quick and responsive to us, and - although we didn't meet in person - Hayley's warmth and personal touch came across in all our interactions. Thank you, Hayley - your home is just what our family needed.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Sam and Drew’s annex – it’s by far the largest annex I’ve ever seen! Both Sam and Drew gave us a warm, friendly welcome and made us feel at home straight away. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with lovely walk-in showers and uncluttered rooms – a huge plus for one of our guests with mobility issues. The sofas and beds were super comfy, and the whole place had a really relaxing feel. It was also incredibly convenient for us, with family nearby, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary wine and snacks on arrival. We had a wonderfully restful Easter weekend and would absolutely love to stay again if they’ll have us!
