  • Hero's Journey & Havening Techniques®
We will embark on a journey of discovery to find your inner hero using the power of Havening Techniques® Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey isn’t just for movie heroes. It is essentially, a path of maturation that all evolving humans follow. It begins with a call to adventure, a challenge or quest that presents itself to an ordinary person in the ordinary world. Initially, the person is afraid and refuses that call. But with guidance from a mentor, overcome their fears, cross the threshold, and commit to the journey. During our online session you will learn more about the history of Havening Techniques®, a psychosensory system of de-encoding anxiety, trauma, and stress-related memories permanently. Developed by Dr. Ronald Ruden, he made the connection between therapeutic touch and its positive impact on the brain. The name 'Havening' was given to indicate the perceived sense of safety his patients experienced when applying Havening Touch™ (HT). I guide you through protocols to clear blocks to success and create space for positive neurological pathways for achievement. By end of this session you will have a powerful tool to use in your daily life to continue on your hero's journey and ultimately contribute to your future growth and personal development. Are you ready to answer the call? Read my reviews & get insights to other's journeys!

  • Wine tasting and vineyard tour
From April until October we will take a tour of my Sussex vineyard where we will show how we maintain the vineyard and care for the vines and then we will go for a wine tasting in our tasting room which has amazing views across the vineyard. I always take the tour on Saturday but you may be with my amazing co-hosts on other days. In the winter months we will have a shorter tour of the vineyard, a tour of the winery and a tasting there but in addition I will show you how to make a Caparinha, a cocktail from my homeland, Brazil to finish off. Other things to note This is a fun experience and doesn’t require any prior knowledge. Throughout the tour we will follow social distancing and also at the end during our wine tasting, where we will be using disposable glasses and spaced seating, which is all outside. We will have hand sanitiser available

  • Afternoon Tea and meet the alpacas
Situated on the border of Kent and East Sussex and lucky to have stunning views that look out on a part of the largest area of medieval landscape still existing in Europe, we will welcome you to our home and then introduce you to our alpacas who definitely weren't part of the medieval landscape in this country but who fit right in now! You would never know this view existed unless you visited our private home and small holding. Stroll into our paddock and we will introduce you these inquisitive and cute characters who are very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. They also love carrots which you can feed them as well as take lots of photos. We have ten alpacas including two new little Cria who were born in May and July. After hanging out with our alpacas you will be served a delicious and traditional Afternoon Tea in our garden overlooking the paddock, the alpacas and the view. Our tea is all home-made and a lot is home grown, like the cucumbers in your sandwiches and the strawberries in your jam. Other traditional goodies include scones , Victoria sponge & more. Your scrumptious tea is served on vintage china with vases of homegrown flowers from our flower field adding the final touch to your quintessentially English Afternoon Tea experience. The tea is served in our marquee. When you have finished your scrumptious feast you are welcome to walk in our meadow

  • Glass workshop, fuse your own Coaster.
On arrival you will be greeted and shown around the studio and given a brief health and safety talk. Once your safety Google’s are on you will immediately practise cutting float glass to get the feel for cutting. When you are confident with this we will consider your design, keeping it simple is the key to a successful coaster. Once the design is drawn out to size it can be used as a template and drawn on to the glass, There is plenty of colourful bullseye glass to be used. If necessary you will be shown how to grind the glass to get the perfect shape you require. Tea, coffee and cake will be served during a break. Following this you will be able to complete your design and place in the kiln for firing. Firing will take place that day and takes approximately 12 hours. Your work can either be collected by arrangement or posted to you (uk postage free international postage by arrangement) If you would rather make jewellery instead of a coaster please let me know and I can accommodate this. I aim this experience to be small and friendly and is suitable for one person or up to a group of four. Other things to note Please wear closed in shoes, no flip flops or sandals. During the Covid 19 pandemic please wear a mask during this experience. I will ensure that all equipment is kept sanitised.

  • Silver jewelry making workshop
Have you ever wanted to have a go at making your own jewellery? Why not give it a go! This beginner’s course will give you an introduction into jewellery making, I will show how to cut, texture and finish your own piece of sterling silver jewellery. We start the class by looking at any ideas you have but don’t worry I have lots of resources materials you can use too. We will then workout how you are going to make your design. During the 3 hours I will be there to answer any questions as well as make tea and coffee served with biscuits or cakes. You will be supplied with an apron for a bit of extra protection for your clothes. There is a brief health and safety talk* By the end of the 3 hours you will be leaving with a finished piece of jewellery! If none of the dates that are available do not suit yourself please message me and I will let you know other dates. *Health and safety is boring but important please wear closed in shoes and sensible clothing i.e jeans and t-shirt, your thighs must be covered to protect them. My studio can be chilly in the winter/colder months so I would also advise bring a jumper. Other things to note You must wear sensible shoes and clothing that covers your thighs to your knees so you are protected and please bring a jumper as the studio can get cold in the afternoons. Covid 19 - we ask all people coming to a class please bring a face covering unless you have a medical exemption.
