Welcome to RETREAT 34, tucked around the back of a beautifully presented rural development, with open fields and countryside walks literally on your doorstep. Our 'Home from Home' tastefully converted large double garage, has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom, wet-room, private patio garden with decking and raised planting. Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including an Indian restaurant, garden centre, chip-shop, pub and post office.

Relaxing and a great location with lots of extras for a comfortable stay. Perfect for professionals. Great base for Cambridge visits. Friendly local pubs, walks and cruises on the River Ouse. Hinchingbrooke Country Park hosts park runs, walks and woodland events with lots of outdoor activities. The area has Mills and great tea rooms, pubs and restaurants.

Nicko’s Cowbridge Cottage

Cowbridge Cottage is the perfect home to home environment it is suitable for families, friends, work and business accommodation or for those just visiting Bedford with 4 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms which can facilitate up to 8 people. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, retail outlets and a gym it is also a 5 minute drive from the town centre as well as having direct routes to Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more via the A6, B530 and A421 which leads to the M1 junction 13.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. There is also a Co-op store in the village. Fully refundable booking settings up to 5 days before stay

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

The Little Nest

Welcome to our cosy garden annex with a jungle feel! With self check in, double bed, en suite shower and toilet, wifi and free on street parking, you should feel right at home. Less than 5 min walk from the high street and under 15 min walk from the train station, we are perfectly located near all major amenities and a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinema and bowling alley, whilst still maintaining privacy and peace and quiet. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Master bedroom with en-suite and a comfortable queen-size bed, twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and a single bedroom. The sofa bed can also accommodate 2 people. This home has 3 toilets, 1 shower, and a bath. Towels provided. Good size garden, free parking for up to 3 cars. Nice and friendly estate, a home away from home. Tea and coffee facilities are available and cereals for breakfast.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.

The Nook Guest House

A cosy but luxuriously interior designed space, ‘The Nook’ has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Located just five minutes walk from the town center and train station, with a direct train to Kings Cross. Great for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas! The guest house benefits from a patio directly outside with a table and chairs provided for dining alfresco or snuggle in bed with a good book!
