Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un endroit calme et paisible. L'hôte est très réactif et sérieux. Je recommande fortement.

Super séjour dans ce logement, tout est bien pensé dans le moindre détail pour qu’on ne manque de rien. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, très calme malgré la rue proche. Le parking privé juste à côté est très pratique mais peut être plein si vous rentrer tard, toutefois il y a des places dans la rue pour se garer si jamais.

Wir waren 2 Tage von dort aus im Disney Land. Der Park war von dort aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum ist direkt nebenan. Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten, von dort etwas zu unternehmen. Nicolas war super freundlich und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Die Beschreibungen waren hervorragend.

Excellent appratment - even better than the photos. The host reaponds to any questions quickly. Easy to access, check-in and out. One possible issue - if you have extra waist layers like me, it is a challenge to get the keys at check-in. The parking places are right infront of the parking gate and next to the entrance door. The beds are good combination - firm mattresses in one of the room, soft in the other. Wi-Fi is good for video conferencing. Bonus - there is a visiting black cat which allows you to pet it.

Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war top. Bis in die Innenstadt kann man ca. 40min einplanen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
