The apartment Alpenrose with lake and mountain view from every window, offers on 40 m² a living room with pull-out couch for one person, a dining area including fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet & hairdryer. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

The ground-level apartment is located on the outskirts of Kufstein, only a 10-minute walk from the city center, in the middle of a 1000 m² garden in a quiet residential area. 2 supermarkets are within walking distance. Guests stay alone in the two-story private house and can use the spacious garden. Bicycles are at your disposal. In the winter, guests have their own “ski cellar” at their disposal.
