During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

There is running water and also hot water available. There is electricity in the hut that is generated and stored by a photovoltaic system. (Here, the available energy must be used sparingly) If you are looking for an adventurous and nature-loving accommodation, you will enjoy it here.

Kufstein city center - City pearl - Heavenly days

The 60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities is very centrally located and is at ground level with private access. The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.
