Very nice place on the second floor of a coffee shop, very quiet and easy to find. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Most importantly is that the place is right by Grand World!! Walking distance only! Highly recommended!!

Tin’s place is a great place to stay at for short or long term. Tin has been such a great host and very responsive since before I started booking with him. He was very quick on taking actions that needed to be done and his assistant was very sweet and helpful. I would totally recommend staying at this place it’s exactly like in the photos it’s beautiful and feels like home. I was on the second floor penthouse and there was a small kitchen outside and a dining table great to have a small takeout dinner with friends and family. At night the balcony was beautifully lit. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Phu Quoc. Thank you Tin for being such an amazing host !

my stay at LyLy place was amazing! its like i died and went to heaven! this is the most beautiful place i have ever seen. pristine beaches with great restaurants right on yhe beach. everything i needed is right down stairs- in the building. convenience stores restaurants grocery all easy walking distance. couldn't ask for better place and i have been everywhere! host was perfect-response time very quick- communication excellent- can't go wrong with this place!

Amazing place in a superb location and with wonderful hosts. Lived for more than a month, has everything you need for a long stay, spacious kitchen, lots of places to store clothes, very clean and new apartment. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels will be changed once a week. There was also a high quality cleaning. The washer and dryer are shared, but very clean and new. Fast wifi, smart TV, there were no problems with them for a month. Unforgettable sunsets, admired every night. There is a great view of the evening fireworks from the balcony. Next to the night market and a large supermarket about everything you need, restaurants, theater, show playground and funicular station - the location is perfect. The beach is also close by, but you can't swim on it, we went to Khem, taxis are very inexpensive. Of the many places we've stayed, this is the best so far.

The downtown area with the night market is within walking distance (2-30 minutes), and there are plenty of cafes and local restaurants around, so it was very convenient for sightseeing. There are facilities one in the back from the big street leading to the night market.It takes about 3 minutes to walk.The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.Not only was she perfectly stocked with things as it was listed, but she was always available to help with any issues we had.We had a great stay!Thank you!! As the listing is, Phu Quoc Island was cooler than I expected and the water shower was a bit painful.

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.

Great, quiet, clean, comfortable

Quynh is a great host. She is very responsive and helpful. She is always there when we had questions.

When I saw the listing I felt like it would be a great experience to stay in this house but I was worried that we would arrive and see that it wasn’t as advertised like sometimes happens on Airbnb. Not this time. What you see in the pictures is accurate! The place is beautiful. You feel like you are outside while being protected from mosquitoes and rain. The trees in the living room are awesome but there’s still a tv and sound system. Surrounded by nature, you still have a full large kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and ample space for your clothes and necessities. The sound of the fish pond outside add to the relaxing atmosphere. There are lizards big and small running around as well as snails, and we saw a frog once! They all mostly stay out of your way and stick to the planted areas. They add to the outdoor feel. Negatives for some people: it is quite humid because it is in Phu Quoc without air conditioning. Humidity doesn’t bother me so my month was perfect

Mrs. Huong made our Phu Quoc stay truly special! She personally picked us up from the airport and sent us back to the airport on our return, making the transfer to-fro airport hassle-free. She also helped with laundry, provided fresh towels daily, and consistently check in with us to ensured our comfort throughout. When unexpected construction noise disrupted our sleep on the 2nd day morning, she offered a discount for our stay. Her sincerity made us reconsider switching accommodation, and her kindness and dedication convinced us to stay for the whole trip. Even though we were disturbed by the noise for few days, we were grateful to the hospitality from Mrs Huong! If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares, look no further. Thank you, Mrs. Huong, for your warmth and hospitality!

overall a good experience: I'm a light sleeper and I wasn't disturbed in any way throughout the stay. small (as on photos), but very convenient condo. host is also very responsive and gives clear instructions

We needed a quick place for a night before our flight and everything worked out well. If you don’t mind taking a buggy to the beach, this is a reasonable place to stay. The staff are super helpful and laundry is included in the stay, which is great!
