She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Great stay in Hanoi, would definitely recommend! Less than a 10 min car ride to Old Quarter. Secure and private. Inside was clean and felt very comfortable 🥰 Hosts were responsive, were present during check in and booked transfers and gave helpful lists of local places to visit. It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Dieu was always quick to tell us about recommended shops and how to shop, and our first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that you are writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

It was comfortable and cozy for 4 adults for 4 nights and 5 days in Hanoi. It was best to be able to use the room individually, and I liked that the building and neighborhood atmosphere had a local feel. I was able to walk enough to Hoan Kiem Lake. The weekend night market was close, so it was fun to come and see while traveling. I loved the impression of the people in charge of the accommodation, and they always smiled brightly and treated us. They were quick to respond and resolve their needs. If I go to Hanoi again next time, I would like to revisit. And they sell rice noodles for breakfast at the entrance to the alley where you enter the accommodation, and you should try it. Thank you for helping me make good memories.

Pu House was a truly delightful stay! The location was fantastic, offering a wonderful blend of being tucked away in a charming local neighborhood while still being conveniently close to the bustling Old Quarter and other key attractions. It was easy to explore the city's vibrant streets, enjoy delicious street food, and soak in the authentic Hanoi atmosphere. The house itself was a lovely retreat. It was clean, comfortable, and had a unique character that made it feel like a home away from home. It was a peaceful space to return to after a day of exploring.
