House holiday rentals in Hanoi

We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

The stay at Ms Oanh's place was wonderful. Her and Anh were incredibly helpful and immediately responded whenever we had an issue. Thank you for the wonderful stay, Ms Oanh.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside. All facilities were the same as the photos It was very nice and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I highly recommend this place. ^ ^

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

May was such a wonderful host! We sincerely enjoyed our stay here! It’s located on a nice, quiet street in Old Quarter, so not noisy but also so close to the bustling, amazing streets of Hanoi!

Holly's homestay was perfect for a 3-day stay for my family of 3. The place is as shown in the pictures complete with all the amenities. Train street and Beer street are at a walkable distance (5-7 mins walk) and there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. Circle K convenience store is one minute away right at the street corner. Basically all the main attractions, restaurants and convenience stores are closeby so it's a 5/5 in terms of location. Also, Holly is an extremely proactive, helpful and responsive host, she booked us a car for airport transfer, and tours for Ha Long and Ninh Binh, this made our trip to Hanoi smooth and hassle-free! Highly recommend Holly's place!

This beautiful studio was the perfect base for our first visit in Hanoi. The check-in was very smooth and the place was easy to find. It was very cosy inside and the separated living room, bedroom and kitchen made it feel very homey. We really enjoyed cosy nights in watching Netflix on the tv but we could also go out for a drink in any bar nearby. The surrounding area is very lively, but the studio is mostly quiet at night. Would really recommend this studio to anyone looking for a home away from home in Hanoi!

The room was clean and the host was kind

We enjoyed our stay and it worked out perfectly with our group of 8 people. Bon and his team were communicative, friendly and very helpful. They helped us organize pick-up and drop off to the airport, booked day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and overall made our trip to Hanoi run smoothly. It is in a great location and a very unique experience. We definitely would stay here again.

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay which has the lake view and near the super west lake mall and alot of cafes arounds. Would recommend this place away from all the busy hustling city center.

Returning to Su Casa Hanoi Railway Side for a second stay was a delightful experience, reaffirming its status as a top choice in Hanoi. The central location at Hoan Kiem, places guests within walking distance of key attractions such as the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, St. Joseph Cathedral, and the Imperial Citadel. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, equipped with amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The staff's warmth and attentiveness enhance the overall experience, making guests feel truly valued. Su Casa remains a highly recommended choice.

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Most efficient host with lots of information to share. Very responsive and communicative. Recommendations galore and help with transport information was very useful. The place is clean and comfortable. Away from the street so quiet. Nice touches too. Highly recommended for short stays in Hanoi.

We rented the whole house, all four rooms, for our group and it was convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great value and location was 4 minutes walk to train street, 15 minutes walk to Hoan lake or whatever it’s called. Beer street and night market are 12 minutes or so as well. The stairs to the rooms are steep…backpacks are best for that climb! You can manage with suitcases but you will get a workout in for sure.

a great experience staying in a house in Hanoi Old Quarter. the place is very spacious with a large balcony. the location also very convenient for walking to attractions. Be is very friendly. love the way she decorated the room with her artwork.

The hosts are some of the nicest guys! They arranged last minute airport pick up for us and greeted us when we arrived. They showed us where everything was and how to work things. They made sure we were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Runa, Trinh and Lee were exceptional hosts. They were responsive and kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here when I return to Hanoi!
