This place is in located in a prime spot with easy access to the lake, restaurants and convenient stores. Minor things like narrow steps leading to your room, or the entrance should not mis-lead you. I was a bit hesitant after reading some comments on the noise level but we did not hear anything.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The host also asked us to extend one night.. They responded immediately and stayed without any inconvenience. The host is really kind.

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Ngoc is a fantastic host, with very quick replies and her apartment is a great place to stay if you would like to be close to all that you need in the old quarter of Hanoi whilst also having a private, relaxing and quiet place to go back to. Overall a 5 star experience!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town of Hanoi. We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was really helpful, the apartment was super clean and easy to find. And on top of that, we didn’t hear the sound on the street the whole night due to the good insulation. I would really recommend this place to anyone who’d like to visit Hanoi.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Could not say anything better about my experience with this host. Extremely responsive and accommodating with our early check-in. In terms of the apartment, location was great, very clean, and good for larger groups.

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

Dieu was always quick to tell us about recommended shops and how to shop, and our first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that you are writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.
