Truly enjoyed our stay. Alvaro was a fantastic host, Before we arrived, he messaged us giving us all the details we needed arrive from Madrid airport and use the HOOMVIP app to get into the apartment. The app also explain in step by step videos how to access the apartment, use the clothes washer, access the gym, etc. We experienced a country wide power outage during our stay and luckily we had spare keys left by Alvaro. Thankfully, we were able to enter the apartment without any issue. The power returned that night without incident. There is also a concierge at the entrance for any concerns and added convenience. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, had plenty of towels and enjoyable to lounge around when we needed a break from touring the city. We expect to return to Madrid soon and will book again!

Great location, we were 4 people and we used the room and the sofa bed. There is heating and air, which helped us a lot on cold days. The kitchen is ideal for preparing something to eat, the bathroom is spacious and the garden is very nice. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. And the metro station is 5 minutes away.

Centrally located and well located apartment, you are walking everywhere, close to everything you have to see in Madrid, well decorated, and above all very clean. The host is very professional, willing at all times to help and give all kinds of facilities, communication has been impeccable, many recommendations for things to do. We will definitely be back!!!

We were well received. They responded quickly and thought along with us. We felt welcome and enjoyed the beautiful clean modern apartment! The neighborhood we were in was particularly nice, with also in the private street places to have breakfast or a bite to eat. You can easily stick around the neighborhood. We'd love to come back for Madrid and also for this apartment!

The space is really perfect for two. The cleanliness and quality is amazing, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The host is very considerate with clear directions, very responsive to requests and very warm. I highly recommend for a stay in Madrid, the accommodation is close to lots of visits, restaurants, bars, easily accessible on foot. It's a great discovery!

The location is very good. There are many metro and train stations close to the house, so it is very easy to get around for sightseeing. The house is as clean as a new house, and the host prepared a lot of food, so it was very helpful throughout the trip. It's a house with both the best of hotels and Airbnb. Totally clean and stylish house. They were especially attentive before we arrived and gave us a lot of information we needed until the day we left. If I come to Madrid again, I will stay here again. We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

This is a great spot, quiet and tucked away but only 5-6 mins walk to the Metro (and the station is right by a Colombian bakery….great empanadas !). Very comfortable and well equipped home. Barbara and her co-hosts were so helpful with airport pick up tips, local restaurant recommendations etc - she and her team made everything really easy. We’d love to return….

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

Highly recommend you pick this location for you stay in Madrid. Great location right in the middle of all the great sites. We had a little shop and several restaurants connected to the building. We were able to walk to all the major sites. A quick walk to the palace. Several parks surrounding the locations and easy pick up for Uber if you want to go further. We were able to walk most of the city and felt safe walking back home every night. I say home because that's what it feels like when you are there. We got this place to allow our parents to have a place to relax in the middle of our trip. They had a kitchen they could make tea in mornings and relax on the couch with the windows open. It was a great apartment with easy access to the location. Had an elevator and secure lobby area so you felt safe. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. John was great to work with for an after hours check in and very early check out. Would defiantly stay here again.
