Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tetuán

Myself and 3 friends visited Madrid for a weekend trip, Eduardo's apartment was exactly what we were after. Was very easy to check in, and close by to the metro with a short journey into the city centre. 5 minute walk away from the Bernabau too if you are a football fan! The apartment was spotless, Eduardo was quick to respond with any messages, or questions. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a trip to Madrid, would recommend! Thanks again!

Nice apartment in a beautiful area of Madrid that is nearly free of tourists - live and feel like a local! Loved having the terrace with park view. Bed is comfortable and shower is fantastic, great water pressure. Enrique was helpful whenever I needed anything. I recommend Kanbei Urban Food for a casual but delicious meal, Cachivache a little more fancy and also good. Mercado de Chamartin is amazing. I had a very nice stay here.

Excellent apt in a great neighborhood, very walkable to sights. Elevator wonderful. Good restaurants close by. Wonderful feel of city center but quiet. Terrific apt.

The apartment is well maintained. Communication with Clara was phenomenal and the location of the apartment next to a subway entrance was also great. I would definitely recommend it.

First thank you for the accommodation,very clean and comfortable,close to the metro and main avenues in the sector... excellent service ,since, in personal case,the schedule was a little limited,but they managed to help in a friendly way... 100% recommended and obvious if I return to Madrid, it will be my first option.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Excellent stay, very clean, very well equipped, perfect air conditioning. The location is great, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We are very pleased with our stay! The location is excellent and yet quiet.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
