Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tetuán

Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche hat es uns leicht gemacht, jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück zuzubereiten. Alles war sehr sauber, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein großes Plus war die Waschmaschine mit Trockner, die wir uns mit anderen Mietern teilen konnten – praktisch und unkompliziert. Das Bett war für zwei Personen etwas klein, aber für unsere 10 Tage in Madrid hat es ausgereicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal – zentral, mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Der Vermieter Max war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns beim Check-in alles ausführlich erklärt und später per Nachricht weitere wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Madrid!

L'appartement proposée par Gema correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos de l'annonce, literie, équipements, meubles, électroménager et accessoires de cuisine tout était en parfaite état et fonctionnels. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de marche de la station de bus 77 et 167 pour rejoindre en 15 minutes canillejas et ciudad lineal (ligne metro 5). Le centre commercial plenilunio est à 15 minutes de marche. Sinon, en voiture, une place de parking est disponible au sous-sol juste à l'entrée et accès direct à l'appartement. L'échange avec Gema était clair, précis et très courtois. Moi même étant Hôte, je sais reconnaître les efforts fournis pour entretenir son unité et satisfaire ses clients, Gema a su réussir ces deux conditions. Je recommande à 💯 pour 💯 et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir si l'occasion se présentait.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout correspondait parfaitement aux photos : l’appartement est lumineux, bien décoré et très bien équipé. La propreté était irréprochable, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte fluide et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage dans la région.

I had a great stay at this modern, well-furnished studio in Madrid. The space was clean, spacious, and very private – perfect for a relaxing break. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into the interior, and everything was exactly as described. The host was fantastic – very attentive and responsive both before and during our stay, even checking in after we’d arrived and again after we checked out, which was a really nice touch. While the location isn’t right in the city centre, it suited us fine. Just something to be aware of – it’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, so worth factoring in if you’re planning to explore the city a lot by public transport. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

L'appartamento di Carmen ha tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Gli spazi sono giusti e puliti. Carmen è sempre stata disponibile e reattiva per alcune piccole difficoltà che abbiamo avuto. L'appartamento è vicino ad una fermata della Metro grazie alla quale tutte le zone di Madrid sono state facilmente raggiungibili.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Miguel’s place. It’s about a 30 min walk to the very centre but that was perfect for us as it was a gorgeous walk and meant the restaurants and cafes were much better value in the area. There were even 2 great cafes and restaurants doors away from the apartment and Miguel could not have been more responsive and accommodating

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

Appartement très cosy, spacieux, très bien aménagé avec petite terrasse extérieure très agréable. Environnement animé et proche de toutes les commodités et du métro. L’appartement est extrêmement calme car il est en retrait de la rue dans un espace privé et securisé. L’appartement est très propre et joliment décoré. Flexibilité et réactivité du propriétaire avec des échanges faciles. Je recommande vivement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour à Madrid:)

Highly recommend you pick this location for you stay in Madrid. Great location right in the middle of all the great sites. We had a little shop and several restaurants connected to the building. We were able to walk to all the major sites. A quick walk to the palace. Several parks surrounding the locations and easy pick up for Uber if you want to go further. We were able to walk most of the city and felt safe walking back home every night. I say home because that's what it feels like when you are there. We got this place to allow our parents to have a place to relax in the middle of our trip. They had a kitchen they could make tea in mornings and relax on the couch with the windows open. It was a great apartment with easy access to the location. Had an elevator and secure lobby area so you felt safe. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. John was great to work with for an after hours check in and very early check out. Would defiantly stay here again.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

Logement propre et conforme à la description. Accès sécurisé, dans un quartier calme, très proche des lieux touristiques, du métro et des restaurants. Propriétaire très réactif. Je re louerai dans ce logement si je dois revenir à Madrid.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Jea, for making my stay so pleasant and easy. I would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to others!

Igor was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! His home was extremely clean and peaceful at night, with all the essentials for a great night of sleep. The apartment is supremely-located in the center of Madrid, with the Prado, Retiro Park, Sol, and other key attractions a few minutes walk away, plus many fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes a few steps away. The closest metro station for us was Anton Martin which was also very close, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The building is on the third floor but has an elevator making it easy to get up to his loft with luggage. We happened to be in Madrid during the blackout in the country, and Igor communicated promptly to ensure we were safe and had a way to enter the apartment with the power down in the city. I will absolutely look to rebook with Igor for my next trip to Madrid. 5/5 stars!

Un apartamento muy cómodo y céntrico, ideal para una familia que quiera compartir espacios. Antonio fue un anfitrión muy accesible y diligente durante toda nuestra estadía.

El sitio de Martín estuvo excelente! La comunicación con él siempre fue rápida y dejó las instrucciones bien detalladas para poder llegar al apartamento… después el contacto con Zoltan, la persona encargada fue maravillosa, muy simpático y siempre con buenas recomendaciones de que hacer en Madrid. El apartamento estaba impecable, con todas las comodidades que se muestran en la foto y que se describen en la publicación… definitivamente volvería a alojarme en el apartamento de Martín.
