Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tetuán

Myself and 3 friends visited Madrid for a weekend trip, Eduardo's apartment was exactly what we were after. Was very easy to check in, and close by to the metro with a short journey into the city centre. 5 minute walk away from the Bernabau too if you are a football fan! The apartment was spotless, Eduardo was quick to respond with any messages, or questions. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a trip to Madrid, would recommend! Thanks again!

Nice apartment in a beautiful area of Madrid that is nearly free of tourists - live and feel like a local! Loved having the terrace with park view. Bed is comfortable and shower is fantastic, great water pressure. Enrique was helpful whenever I needed anything. I recommend Kanbei Urban Food for a casual but delicious meal, Cachivache a little more fancy and also good. Mercado de Chamartin is amazing. I had a very nice stay here.

Excellent apt in a great neighborhood, very walkable to sights. Elevator wonderful. Good restaurants close by. Wonderful feel of city center but quiet. Terrific apt.

El piso está bien cuidado. La comunicación con Clara ha sido fenomenal y la ubicación del apartamento junto a una boca de metro también. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Loved staying here! Close walk to many things and very clean and comfortable for me and my friend. The host was super friendly and helpful as well!

Excelente alojamiento, moderno, impecable, completo con todas las comodidades, un vecindario muy agradable, una zona muy tradicional, con muchas tiendas, restaurantes, cerca de varios puntos para tomar el Metro, y de varias zonas importantes de la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy proactivos y con rápida respuesta. Sin duda volveremos.

Primero agradecer el hospedaje,muy limpio y confortable,cercano a metro y a avenidas principales en el sector... excelente servicio ,ya que,en caso personal,el horario fue un poco limitado,pero lograron ayudar de manera amigable... recomendado 100% y obvio si vuelvo a Madrid, será mi primera opción.

S il y avait une note au dessus de 5 nous l aurions mis ! L appartement parfait ! Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en el apartamento de Carlos, y junto a mi esposa seguimos sosteniendo que es el mejor airbnb en relación precio/calidad. El departamento es súper cómodo y está muy bien decorado, Carlos deja un montón de amenities y detalles en la bienvenida, lo que hace que la experiencia sea de hotel 5 estrellas. Te recibe con bebidas en la heladera, cervezas , gaseosas , agua. Jamón crudo y olivas. Cápsulas de café , leche , chocolates, un vino. El baño Super equipado con detalles como agua Miscelar , crema para manos…el nivel está muy pone encima al resto de airbnb en la ciudad que son más caros y te reciben con nada… definitivamente es la mejor experiencia, que puedes vivir. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento y la profesionalidad de Carlos como anfitrión. Número 1 en la ciudad.

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
