With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. Studio flat with completely separate entrance, offering privacy and comfort, ideal for up to 2 people thanks to its 140x190 cm double bed. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, perfect for maintaining the ideal temperature throughout the year, TV, equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, suitable for the maximum capacity of the accommodation, and full bathroom equipped with everything you need for your trip. Rest area: the main bed has bedside tables on both sides and nearby sockets, ideal for charging devices without leaving your resting place. Space for your luggage: the room has a wardrobe where you can organize your clothes and belongings in a practical way during your stay. Services for families with babies: If you are traveling with a baby, we offer additional equipment to make your stay more comfortable: Crib: available for an additional €30. High chair: available for an additional €20. If you need both, the combined price is €40 (cot €30 + high chair €10). Remember to request these services in advance so that we can prepare them properly before your arrival. Please note: Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted. No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the room. Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building). The room must be left tidy upon departure.

Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the room and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Smoking inside the room or staying with pets is also a violation of the house rules and therefore, if evidence of these two activities is found the tenant will be fined €100.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a dining area with a large table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Park your car in the private parking of the accommodation and enjoy the city using its public transport or on foot. Studio of about 40 square meters with separate double room, separate bathroom and dining room. All rooms with lots of light and ventilation, with heating and air conditioning in all rooms. In the living room there is a very comfortable double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen for normal living. The style of decoration and lighting gives the space a special warmth, topped by the flooring. The photos appreciate some pots with plants from the living room. It is not a balcony or a terrace. The door that accesses the floor space must be closed for security (see description of common amenities for instructions on garage usage). Apartment especially nice for families, couples or people visiting the city for business reasons. People and families of any origin and condition are welcome. Only one vehicle is entitled to park.
