A studio of about 40 square metres with a separate double bedroom, a separate bathroom and a living-dining room. All rooms are very bright and well-ventilated, with heating and air conditioning in every room. There is a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen for everyday living. The style of the decor and lighting give the space a special warmth, topped off by the wooden floor. The photos show some pots with plants from the living room. It is not a balcony or a terrace. The door leading to the plant room must remain closed for safety reasons (see the description of common services for instructions on using the garage). My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
