Park your car in the private parking of the accommodation and enjoy the city using its public transport or on foot. Studio of about 40 square meters with separate double room, separate bathroom and dining room. All rooms with lots of light and ventilation, with heating and air conditioning in all rooms. In the living room there is a very comfortable double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen for normal living. The style of decoration and lighting gives the space a special warmth, topped by the flooring. The photos appreciate some pots with plants from the living room. It is not a balcony or a terrace. The door that accesses the floor space must be closed for security (see description of common amenities for instructions on garage usage). My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
