Our house is located on a quiet residential street close to shopping, public transport and overlooking Mårslets rural nature. You'll love our house because of the comfort, the views, the homey coziness, the kid-friendly house and area. Mårslet is close to Aarhus and 5 km from the beach. The house is suitable for 2 couples with 2-3 children or a single family with children with 3-4 children. There are three children's rooms, two living rooms, spacious dining kitchen, gym/playroom, and parents' bedroom with private bathroom.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a cozy freely located house and there is its own parking space by the house Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning can be purchased by appointment for DKK 300, - Possibility to charge an electric car with 11 kW or car charger.

There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.
