Second stay in this house: paradise is always there!!! This house and its location are superb. The house is fabulous to live in and the location is more than perfect: everything is nearby without any inconvenience. Really the perfect vacation in an idyllic place. I think I'll come back a third time. 😜

Villa Allamanda is a real slice of paradise. The view is breathtaking and there is no opposite. Perfect place to disconnect. The place is super well decorated and so peaceful. Vintage radio in love with it. I can't wait to go back ☺️

Excellent stay of about ten days with Jeanne and Nicolas. Accommodation ideally located on Basse-Terre to discover the whole of Guadeloupe by reconciling sightseeing, hikes and idyllic beaches. The proximity to the RN appeared to us as an advantage for access to the accommodation and our different connections, rather than an inconvenience. Very warm and generous welcome from our hosts, taking care of us and very good advice from start to finish. Jeanne and Nicolas's place was a haven of peace, returning at night after long days of excursions, where we were waiting to relax the pool and jacuzzi always well maintained by our hosts. Ideal spot for a relaxing and refreshing moment, aperitifs with friends or family. The house and the outside are well equipped, harmoniously decorated and with the features as advertised. We would definitely recommend this accommodation in Gwada for a nice stay

We spent two and a half months and it was a great vacation. The square is well located and the place is good. I'd definitely go back.

At Mamie Claudette, warm welcome and great moments of sharing, everything and perfect for a great stay. Lovely host and present for these tenants. the rental is identical to the listing, nothing is missing, very comfortable bed and a terrace with unobstructed views of the boiling bay. What a view! The sunset is amazing. Magalie is a friendly and responsive host. Honestly, the next time I go to Guadeloupe I would go back with great pleasure.

What a pleasure! We were captivated by the view... During the day, a splendid view - sailboats, the reserve, the reliefs and the blue sea as far as the eye can see - at night, stars endlessly... The accommodation is neat, everything is beautiful and harmonious, a sought-after design... A large, beautiful and so pleasant pool (and what a view;)) A few days after my booking, a small photo received to show me the good weather and make us want... very nice! Really clear and complete explanatory videos... No complaints... In view of this exceptional property and the work done by the owners, we paid attention to it, but what a job! We were won over, we would have stayed longer... Just specify no sunscreen in the pool, but with children's UV t-shirt; Ras. In short, a real pleasure in a real beautiful house! Thank you PS: we are bragged about the turtles of Malendure; it's not a legend! What a joy!

Great view, great pool, great location. Beautiful simple rooms. The house is in wonderfully quiet surroundings, you sleep with jungle music (barbecues, frogs...) and are awakened by the rooster and peacock. The kitchen is simple and practical. We really enjoyed our stay as a family and also communication with Benoit was hassle-free. Hopefully for next time 😉

Very quiet location of the accommodation with a room that has everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful pool with fantastic views. Great location for many activities. Céline and Christophe were proactive, friendly, very helpful and gave many tips. The experience could only have been better if Céline and Christophe had been there in person. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend it. Only the public road to the property is in very poor condition with many large potholes that are difficult to see in the dark. This is a danger of driving scratches into the rental car!

March 2025 Christelle's apartment was an important part of the pleasure we had in visiting Guadeloupe. It was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The views of the sea and the mountains were breathtaking. Christelle was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, without hesitation.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The location is beautiful. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are really friendly. We felt comfortable and welcome with our two children aged 11 and 13. Access by car is easy. There's a grocery store nearby. It's walking distance to a small beach to go snorkeling and see turtles as well as beautiful fish and corals. We recommend the place and would return without hesitation.

Beautiful accommodation, with a beautiful environment and a superb view of the pigeon island. Beautiful pool that allows you to relax after days of activities and discoveries. We had a great week at the Fressinette studio! The accommodation is impeccable and very functional. The pool is very nice, intimate and sunny at all times of the day. The location is ideal for hikers who want to explore the soufriere, carbet falls, mosquito canyon, etc., etc. A big thank you to Cathy and all her lovely family for the little touches throughout our stay. We loved it and highly recommend!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quiet. Driving directions were clear and check in was easy. They provided guidance on what to do so we were able to explore and enjoy so many things from beaches to snorkeling to great during our short week there. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, and there are food restaurants within driving distance. We were a short drive to Malendure Beach. The view is amazing. We sat on the porch everyday just to absorb the beautiful view. Jean Pierre and Gaelle host happy hours to welcome new residents. It was a wonderful way to meet other people. Their hospitality made our visit extra special. We also appreciated how kind and patient they were with our limited knowledge of French and our use of Google translate and a French-English dictionary. Thank you for a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming visit!
