We had a lovely stay. The house is large, the rooms are spacious and the view from the terrace to the sea is exceptional. We highly recommend

Apart from the grumpy and embittered, for others this place is a real little paradise. A haven of peace arranged with great taste and originality. Go there without a second thought, the host is charming, not stingy in advice and good plan. A place that I would recommend as a very regular and host and experienced guest.

We had a great stay with many companions (the cat waiting for us on the terrace, chickens and chicks, etc...) in the middle of a friendly and quiet wooded park. The nearby restaurant and tapas bar where you can enjoy the evening sea breeze is a plus. Recommended.

Impeccable stay. Nothing to say about hosting at the end of the stay. She was able to answer any questions we had without difficulty. If you had to do it again, would have been happy to do it again.

Excellent stay of about ten days with Jeanne and Nicolas. Accommodation ideally located on Basse-Terre to discover the whole of Guadeloupe by reconciling sightseeing, hikes and idyllic beaches. The proximity to the RN appeared to us as an advantage for access to the accommodation and our different connections, rather than an inconvenience. Very warm and generous welcome from our hosts, taking care of us and very good advice from start to finish. Jeanne and Nicolas's place was a haven of peace, returning at night after long days of excursions, where we were waiting to relax the pool and jacuzzi always well maintained by our hosts. Ideal spot for a relaxing and refreshing moment, aperitifs with friends or family. The house and the outside are well equipped, harmoniously decorated and with the features as advertised. We would definitely recommend this accommodation in Gwada for a nice stay

We spent two and a half months and it was a great vacation. The square is well located and the place is good. I'd definitely go back.

Absolutely great location. From the property 5 steps and you stood by the water. Plenty of shade. Walking into the place in 10-15 minutes. Amenities were very good. Just a steep spiral staircase up Otherwise everything is perfect. On-site support was perfect

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

Great place, very helpful and responsive host. Has recommendations for anything you need on the island. Marielle was very helpful, our 2nd flight was delayed around 4hrs so she made the time to go and get us some shopping as we wouldn’t arrive at her place until around 10pm, so to have some supper and a glass of wine was most welcome Great space. Bedrooms lovely and clean big comfortable bed & good air con. Tv available but I didn’t use it. Good showers and plenty of hot & cold water. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep and cook all meals. Including Weber bbq and dishwasher. Didn’t realise how much I needed a dishwasher on holiday until I had one. Good size pool with nice quality sun loungers and outdoor seating. It’s on an island obviously there’s small boats going by but nothing noisy or unpleasant. It’s fun to watch other people’s techniques going to & fro on the island. Nothing negative I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The location is beautiful. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are really friendly. We felt comfortable and welcome with our two children aged 11 and 13. Access by car is easy. There's a grocery store nearby. It's walking distance to a small beach to go snorkeling and see turtles as well as beautiful fish and corals. We recommend the place and would return without hesitation.

We only booked 4 days but honestly I regret it because I would have stayed much longer. The hut was very pleasant place to stay in a green setting with magnificent views...✨⭐ the hummingbirds had breakfast with us. Thank you Sulyanise for this little enchanted break.

We did not see Stéphanie but were very well received by her husband. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear (great video guidance). The bungalow was as described, we quickly felt at home, the extra touch of exoticism! The bakery is a 5-minute walk, the beach is 10, shops are a 10-minute drive away. a beautiful place for those who want to stay north of Basse-Terre.

Honestly it was the most beautiful AirBnb we rented all destinations together. Very clean and all amenities! The welcome basket was much appreciated! In short, a memorable stay! We really recommend everything!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location on the island for access to restaurants by foot in the evening. We are cat people, so having the two around was awesome and relaxing. Recommend having a golf cart or scooter to get up the hill to the place as well as all the others throughout the island. Mosquitoes exist on the island; however there were many measures provided to deter them, so they were manageable. We loved the spot and wish to return!

The house is very nice, clean and matches the photos well. We enjoyed the A/C, mosquito nets, and outdoor kitchen where we had all our meals. In addition, Muriel and Audrey are charming hosts, available and have given us a warm welcome. Thanks to them. We recommend this property without any problem.

Very good stay in the Charmantillais! Responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is very well equipped, the fan is more than enough. It is also very well located in Basse-Terre. The environment is pleasant and the views are magnificent!

A wonderful stay at Katy's. She is so welcoming, we have never had in more than 10 years that we rent Airbnb so much fun to meet and stay with someone. It's amazing, like Guadeloupe. What a pleasure to discover and rediscover this island and all its treasures. Katy has great tips. Everything was perfect, you feel very good in the accommodation and the outside is ideal. The garden and pool, a treat for both children and adults. We recommend 1000% to stay here.

Pretty apartment with a super view and a perfect location. The best beaches of Guadeloupe nearby. Very clean as well. Checking in was easy and very friendly.. There are other apartments above and just next to this one so you do hear the neighbours at times.
