Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Located in Marigot towards the beach of Pompierre a few minutes from the village, the lower part of the villa "Les Âmes-Claires" welcomes you in one of its 2 charming apartments (with connecting door) each with a bedroom (very large bed + extra bed if necessary), a bathroom, an indoor living area (living room with a small sofa bed and kitchen) and an outdoor living area (terrace and garden).
