Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Large studio on Anse Mire beach 8 minutes walk from the dock . Bed 160, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, Tv , Wifi , linens and bath sheets provided... (BB bed to be loaned if needed). Outside double terrace: 1 sunny with sunbeds,mattresses, and outdoor shower, 1 sheltered with table and chairs. This studio awaits you for a pleasant stay, there is no shortage of sunshine. Access is available at 9am upon request .

Large studio 400 meters from the beach and the center and overlooking the bay of Terre-de-Haut... Colline Kaz is located high up which means that there is a height... For the view it is perfect but it imposes a slightly difficult walk for a few meters... (50 meters of climb). Note that there is a goods dock that generates noise at the time of loading and unloading... Our rate takes this inconvenience into account.
