Incredible time at Vittorio's!! The accommodation is sublime and very pleasant. One of my best vacation rentals here. Communication was great, whether with Vittorio or his parents who are great by the way. From the welcome to the checkout, everything went very smoothly. Throughout our stay, Vittorio advised us on places to visit or restaurants. Great place and place to visit. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. 😊

Don't tell this. Place was absolutely perfect in the town and the people like her were old very friendly. It's a beautiful place that she has and she was very helpful and responsive and the fact that you can use her gym as well, is great.

Apartment on the sixth floor in Via della Croce Rossa in Palermo, in the stadium area. Despite being in a peripheral area, it is well connected: the centre is easily accessible by public transport, and the shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. At that height, the street noise is quite muffled, although the ambulance sirens, frequent due to the proximity to a main road, can still be heard. The area, although not central, is full of services: supermarkets, fishmongers and everything you need at your fingertips. Perhaps the price is a bit high compared to the location, but overall the experience was positive.

The location was great for us since we were touring by car--a parking spot was easy to come by right near the house, which was very convenient. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We ran into the cleaning lady during our stay, and she was impeccable. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house security system is set up very well. One thing to note is that there is construction right next building, so it does get pretty loud in the morning and during the day. We were getting up early to travel, so it didn't bother us too much, but something to know.

Alex is a very enjoyable and nice host. I have stayed in his house a few times and have always had good experiences.

Alberto’s Palermo spot is absolutely perfect! We loved our stay being in the heart of “La Vucciara” and we enjoyed so much delicious food and drinks. You can’t hear any of the party music outside in the late hours either so when you’re ready to call it a night, you’re in the perfect relaxing spot for it. We couldn’t have been happier. Thanks Alberto for making our stay in Palermo so memorable and special! We can’t wait to come back. Grazie mille! ❤️

Nice and clean apartment. A perfect place to stay. The host is a very polite person.

I was in the apartment for 10 days with my girlfriend, I found the house very clean and with everything you need for everyday life. The sea is very close, about five minutes by foot and you can see from the balcony, the area is very quiet and without traffic. The station is about a 10-minute walk away and is connected to both Palermo and the airport that you can reach 20 minutes. In conclusion, everything is perfect.

Sergio’s place was in a great location and provided us access to many local attractions. A comfortable stay for a large group of people.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

This is the second time we stayed at Igea's place. We love it; the unique building, the view of the sea from the terrace, the interesting area or the Kalsa, everything. It's an easy walk to just about anywhere, lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The Kalsa is an area full of young artisans and crafts people as well as being a unique historical area of Palermo. The apartment was perfect, Flavio had even made some nice improvements since our last stay. But, as before, the real joy was the rooftop terrace where we spent lots of evenings watching the sea, the people in the nearby park and the boats going in and out of the harbor. We've rented the place twice already and would definitely rent it again.

Very nice quiet and clean place, comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything to cook for yourself, the host answers any questions very quickly and is always happy to help. The shower and toilet are clean, there is a washing machine, fridge. Good fast internet works smoothly. The territory is securely fenced and locked so you can safely leave your belongings in the apartment. Since Palermo is warm even in January, there is no need for heating, it is a lovely sunny edge where oranges and lemons grow in the trees. Every morning, in the window you see the bright blue sky and sun and your mood immediately improves. You can go to the sea, where the water is warm at all times of the year and the beautiful sea air will drive away your anxieties and sorrows. I went to the small village of Isola della Femina, literally two stops from Tommaso Natale, there are magnificent mesmerizing landscapes and many more cats that decorate already beautiful places. I will definitely return to Sicily more than once!

We were very satisfied.

We had a great time at this villa. We made good use of the gym and sauna in the morning before heading for a swim. The place was great and the hosts were very welcoming. All instructions were clear, we had a good welcoming even at midnight. Very satisfied with the whole rental and experience. I highly recommend it.

Giovanni and Alberto were very welcoming and friendly. They welcomed us nicely the first day, Giovanni was reachable through out. The villa has a very nicely landscaped pool, the kids enjoyed playing table tennis and hand football. A great destination to explore the beautiful island. The airport is 40 min by car. If you were to travel to Sicily again, you would choose Vila Casty.

The property is located about 2km from the nearest village. You are there alone and only connected to nature. The road conditions to the property are fine depending on the way and typical of the area. The house is very large and actually offers everything you want. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. However, not all windows have fly screens, which you should pay attention to. Regarding the electricity, a deposit is deposited, which you then get back in part as a statement of the actual consumption on departure. The pool is not heated, so it was a bit cold during our season, but it was still possible. Fascinating are the many fruit and olive trees on the huge property (you are there alone) and the lizards that are at home there. All in all, a great accommodation, a great villa and recommended at all times.

very nice complex, all around sea view and lots of greenery. once seen directly from the terrace of dolphins. Some good restaurants in the area, who likes Neapolitan pizza should check out Binario 450. Palermo a good half hour by car, other places such as Cefalu are also easily accessible as a day trip. Car overall definitely necessary in my opinion. In February, especially at night, heating worked well via the AC.

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. It was great to go to the sea in front of the house and watch the view from the balcony. Thank you very much to our host Paolo:)

The Host was very helpful and kind :) The place is a beautiful area to have a relaxed break close to the seaside. It's not a large area to spend inside the apartment but it offers a great outside area, and great to go around Aspra.

Great communication thanks to Maurizio and Marco who personally met us in town to show us to the house. Spotless accomodation, beautiful gardens and amazing pool in the residency. We had a fantastic time. Grazie to our kind hosts.
