L'appartamento Bellavista a soli 100 metri dal mare ha come punto forte una veduta spettacolare sul golfo con sfondo le madonie da ogni stanza e dal terrazzo. Wii-fi veloce una camera con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo una sala pranzo con meravigliosa apertura con vista mare e camino, cucina attrezzata, ampio bagno doccia , ed un terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo sedie e sdraio. Bella e romantica Villa sul mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia (scogli). Fantastica terrazza per ammirare la distesa blu del mare. Casa Mamà è la sistemazione perfetta per famiglie e piccoli gruppi che vogliono godersi una fantastica vacanza al mare! Può ospitare fino a 6 persone in 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Detached, quiet and comfortable villa with direct access to the sea. The beach is characterized by the posedonia, classified by biologists as the nursery of the crystal clear sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 for double use, 1 with a private bathroom in the room, the third bedroom for quadruple use, also equipped with a private bathroom in the room. There is also a sofa bed for two more guests. An outdoor bathroom, with two showers, one indoor and one outdoor on the beach.

4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large living room with sea view. The villa, characterized by large terraces overlooking the sea, is semi-detached and divided into two floors, completely independent of each other, beyond the garden with access to the sea and the entrance square. The accommodation described here and the photos you see are of the upper floor. The lower floor of the villa is owned by my uncle and is rented only in summer separately.

Incantevole casa di pescatori dei primi ‘900. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

Seagull

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.

Casa Eugenia is a cozy and spartan vacation home, equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Located by the sea, it has two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace on the beach, which will allow you to spend days of relaxation and fun in contact with the crystal clear sea. The house is also equipped with air conditioning in the living room.

Mulberry Cottage: direct access to the sand beach

This lovely cottage is about 40 sqm and it is entirely submerged by a flourishing vegetation and near a big and secular Mulberry tree and it is 150 mt far from a wonderful very private sand beach. It's located at Oasi delle Salinelle - Cefalu, at 6 Km from the historical centre of the charming Norman village of Cefalu.
