The apartment, which has Wi-Fi, is located on the second floor of a fully renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator. It extends for a total area of 130 square meters on a single level, plus another 40 square meters of terrace which is accessed from an elegant staircase in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and TVs also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos they were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with a shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (usable upon request with an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and a wind, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a wide opening with the kitchen area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, a table for the first breakfast and anythingelse necessary to make you feel at home; there is also a small laundry room, so as well as to allow you to comfortably, so as well to allow even long stays. In a completely Mediterranean style, "Binidittu" offers a pleasant typical Sicilian stay. The loft has original vintage furniture while maintaining an innovative, functional and modern design. The terrace is intended for common use with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a small gym, and an outdoor relaxation area with sofas. Casteldaccia is a small town by the sea located between Palermo and Cefalù, a few minutes from the ruins of Solunto and the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria. In the historic center of Casteldaccia, you can stroll through the streets of the town and be immersed in the colors and scents of Sicilian culture. Nearby there are various bathing beaches and free beaches. However, it is preferable to have a car with you or rent one to be able to move around without being tied to public transport or train schedules.
