Beachfront holiday rental in Termini Imerese

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Erika is a beautiful and loving hostess who asked us in between if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The place is very nice and stylishly decorated. The cottage as well as the bathroom is well maintained and very clean. You have a lot of space and can move freely outside in the garden, as well as cook comfortably. Nothing was missing in the accommodation and we were provided with a lot of food that we could use. I can recommend it to everyone, especially families, but also friends. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away and it is clean and the water is clear. We would come back here!!

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the minimarket (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to return!

We can not say enough good things about Marta’s place! First, the location with the view of the water is perfection. We had several meals enjoying the balcony seating. The space offers everything you may need and the location of Deco grocery around the corner is a bonus. This location is walkable to the train station and Silvio picked us up there upon our arrival which was so thoughtful. We used beach chairs and an umbrella that other guests had left for the beach! The washing machine came in handy to refresh our travel clothes. We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and next time we visit, we will gladly stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

Had a great stay here! Umberto was a fabulous host. He was responsive and extremely helpful, with lots of recommendations to help us with our stay. The place was very clean, with great amenities. It’s also a couple of steps away from the beach. Around there are lots of bars and restaurants you are able to walk to. I would also recommend listening to Umberto and taking his recommendations for the neighbouring city of Cefalù.

We enjoyed our stay at Alessio’s villa. Great communication at all times. The location was quiet and close to the beach. The pool was a real delight. The train station was a10 min walk with regular trains to Cefalu and Palermo. I would recommend Villa Portofino for a stay in Sicilia

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

A wonderful villa - private, quiet, secure and relaxing. Excellent facilities and clean and comfortable. Rosaria and Marzia were extremely helpful, both there to welcome us and show us around, and they were very helpful with any questions we had during the stay. The pool is wonderful, and all the outside space is well cared for and clean. There are some local cats that like to say hello and occasionally a plane takes off at the airport but neither are any kind of problem. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening but the same is true across Sicily! I highly recommend the villa, it’s been a wonderful experience to stay there.

A lovely apartment close to amenities and railway station for easy access to Palermo. Excellent professional hosts.

Marco was very friendly and gave me a lot of recommendations around the neighborhood after he came to pick me up at the station.The inn is very clean, has all the necessary equipment, and it is located on the coast of this small town, so all the restaurants and supermarkets were close, and we had a very relaxing stay.On the way back, they drove us to the station, and it was a great stay from beginning to end.Thank you Marco for your kindness and welcome.Thank you!

What happiness! We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and loved everything: the welcome of Andrea who accompanied us in Sferracavallo to show us all his favorite places, the little touches in the kitchen (wine, coffee, biscuit, garlic, basil, etc.), the advice (restaurant, transport...), the interior decoration, the sunny terrace. We did everything by train & bus, the train station 10 minutes walk (with airport access and Palermo center) is a great asset to travel simply (and cheap) to Sicily! We were so good that we even extended our stay and again, Andrea was adorable and very flexible. We already dream of coming back with friends or family to enjoy all the rooms! Thank you for everything 🙏

We were completely happy with the place! The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, well equipped and very well maintained – as was the kitchen. Communication with Andrea went smoothly. Particularly helpful: he organised a taxi for us from the airport and was always available. Andrea was very accommodating to us in everything and made the stay really pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located near the centre of Mondello – we could easily reach the beach on foot. There are many great restaurants in the area, and Palermo is also easy to reach by bus. Our stay in Mondello was great – not least thanks to Andrea and his beautiful accommodation. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Antonio and Debbie with their daughter greeted us. Antonio waited outside the gate to show us how to use the key to get in. The view from their patio was just like the pictures on the website. Antonio and his family gave us suggestions for restaurants near their location. You need a car to get to any restaurants or grocery stores. Antonio was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a very nice and quite place to stay. Thanks Antonio and Debbie.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)
