Nestled against a quiet hill and overlooking the Eastwood Mesa, our trio of stucco casitas offers a serene retreat 17 minutes from Big Bend National Park. Each one-room adobe casita is a blend of simplicity and comfort. Featuring minimalist interiors and distinctive arched doors amid desert scenery. We recently added basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and a one burner induction stove top. You can rent 1, 2 or all 3 of the casitas on property. Message us if you need help with a property buyout.

Terlingua Boathouse - Bungalow #4

The Boathouse Bar and Bungalows are located in the heart of historic Terlingua Ghost Town between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. This once abandoned mining village has become a hub for those seeking adventure among the mountains, river, and desert that shape the region. Unit includes 1 double bed, adjacent bathroom, and a coffee shop & restaurants are nearby. "At the back of the Boathouse, they've got some bungalows. And that's for the people who like to go down slow."

Chili Pepper Inn Room No. 2

An apartment style motel room centrally located near the entrance to the Big Bend National Park and about 5 miles to the center of Terlingua Ghost town. Located off a paved main road, easily accessible for any vehicle type and within walking distance to some of the main businesses and restaurants in town. NOTE during our busier seasons, the internet may lag some. Also, this is an older building, and the walls are thin. Please be aware of this before booking and considerate of neighbors.

During the day it’s perfect for observing tons of wildlife including wild donkeys, javelina and jackrabbits.

The porch area is great for a cookout in the evenings after a long day in the desert, or for a cup of coffee in the mornings while enjoying the beautiful sunrises of West Texas. The tiny house is located about 4 miles from the entrance to Big Bend National Park. Terlingua Ghost Town is 5 miles away, and Big Bend Ranch State Park entrance and Lajitas Golf Resort are 17 miles away.
