From the 1940’s our building is one of the few remaining original second story residences built over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Includes a queen bed, full bath, fold down dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and a hot plate. Open concept with lots of light. No living room/seating area but perfect if you're on the go!

What an incredible place. This place is brand new in every aspect. Clean beyond clean. So well done with every amenity you could think of. Ivanna has gone above and beyond with this Downtown San Angelo jewel. Centrally located, just 2 minute walk to the Riverwalk on the Concho river and two blocks away from a thriving and fun downtown. We have stayed in so many mediocre places while in San Angelo, and we are always so disappointed, but Ivanna's place is such a a breath of fresh air. We felt safe and the place is so peaceful. We are so excited to have found the "The Concho Condo"
