Disponibilizamos toalhas de banho e roupas de cama. Máximo de hóspedes: 3. Disponibilizamos um colchão de solteiro para o terceiro hospede juntamente com roupas de cama e toalha de banho também! Em nossa cozinha possui utensílios, sanduicheira, liquidificador, fogão de duas bocas com forno, um frigobar, uma geladeira que fica do lado externo próximo a churrasqueira e também panela de fondue. Disponibilizamos também sal, açúcar e pó de café e detergente. Em nosso local também temos água para venda e outros como barra de chocolate e marshimelow A tv não possui canais abertos somente Netflix, Amazon, globoplay, YouTube… Disponibilizamos também cesta, toalha e utensílios para fazer pique-nique. Bairro tranquilo, poucas casas em volta tornando o ambiente mais privado e silencioso. Estrada é de terra até o local dependendo da época na estrada tem alguns buracos devido à chuva. Qualquer carro consegue acessar o local. É aproximadamente 8 min de estrada de terra. O local é de integração com a natureza. Duvidas frequentes: - Não temos ar condicionado - Não temos secador de cabelo - O chalé não é cercado em volta dele, somente cerca na propriedade quem leva seu Pet precisa ficar de olho. -Qualquer tipo de carro chega no local. - Tem restaurantes, mercado e padaria próximo (aproximadamente 10 min) - Uber chega no local, só não é possível ficar saindo principalmente a noite pois Uber no local é limitado.

We also have a wood-fired pizza oven, ample lawn space and a fire pit in the outdoor area that will allow you to enjoy the real mountain climate.

The property is located in Vale dos Frades (OFF ROAD), 5 km after Cachoeira dos Frades. Its location is privileged because it is close to the famous Três Picos, which give the State Park its name. The region offers tours on rivers with waterfalls, hiking and climbing, which can be done even within the property. The site has two small lakes with carp and tilapia. There are also ducks and chickens, in addition to the typical birds of the Atlantic Forest and fruit trees.
