The house is simply wonderful, which met my group well and exceeded all expectations! Total highlight for the living room and pool area. The house is really much better than in the photos, it is very cozy and has all the necessary utensils, especially in the barbecue area, everything is very complete, comfortable beds, airy house, quiet and reserved place, even close to the center, very easy to get to, met all expectations, I intend to return!

It's my second time at Flávia's house and once again it was days of a lot of family rest, in a great, welcoming space and with all the amenities needed to make everything very enjoyable. Flávia as it has always been a lot requests and made us super comfortable. I hope to return more often!! =D

Our impression was that the house has a quality that surpasses the photos, unlike what usually happens in other locations. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, environment with lots of green, and full of amenities, very well equipped. Rosane is an excellent hostess, very polite and attentive. There was a problem apparently in the water pressurizer before reaching the gas heater, but we understand that these are unexpected things that can happen, and Rosane will already act to solve. We hope to return one day to spend more pleasant moments in Teresópolis.

Modern, renovated and clean apartment, with well-kept bed and bath linen. A comfortable double bed as well as a pleasant atmosphere. I just missed a thicker blanket/duvet, as the night is cold and damp in the city. In the kitchen, a sandwich maker would be more useful than the toaster. The sofa bed is very hard — it may please those who like orthopaedic mattress, but it was not comfortable for my mother. The condominium is traditional, but mistreated, with common areas and leisure without maintenance. By contrast, the location is excellent: you can walk to Feirinha do Alto, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets Armazém do Grão and Oliveirão (both serve breakfast and snacks). Espaço Cultural Higino, within the condominium, is also a differential – one can take advantage of the events of the city without leaving the place. Overall it was a good stay and good value for money.

I really liked the stay, the location was great and very close to everything, besides the space being very cozy and well ventilated, it is only good to prepare against the mosquitoes that attack at night. All communication with Ivan, Silvio and Mônica was very quiet and fast, all very helpful.

The stay was great, it was 9 quiet days, we spent the carnival of 2025. Communication with the Host was good, always responding to us immediately, pleasant and kind. the Apt is large and spacious, the location is also very good. As I already know Terê, I found especially the quiet and quiet place, close to restaurants, for those who like to walk, it is 20 mints to the center, as for the city Alto to the feirinha . we will return for sure.

We were made to feel very welcome, a very quiet and quiet place. House very well cleaned with everything we needed. We just need to be careful because the windows didn't have a child safety net, so we didn't open too much. We had an amazing experience on this Airbnb in Teresópolis! The location is perfect, close to the center and easy access to the city's top attractions. The apartment is exactly like in the photos: very clean, organized and with a cozy touch that made us feel right at home.

I recommend with my eyes closed. Extremely clean and new apartment, in a quiet and also new condominium. Pimenteiras is a neighborhood close to the center, but it also combines a lot of nature and tranquility.
