Nice stay, beautiful cottage on the waterfront. Convenient that there are bicycles to explore the surroundings. Quiet location, good beds and the kitchen has all the comforts. Definitely recommended.

Thoughtful garden house in close proximity to sights, restaurants, parks, and the train station. Easy to walk or bike from here to all the Groningen has to offer. Niko was very nice and has put a lot of time into making this place a nice place to stay. I recommend this accommodation to anyone.

What a nice place! An authentic place to stay and a quiet environment but plenty to do. For little kids, there is a nice rocker. But it is especially quiet and close to the city of Groningen. Marion is very friendly and helpful, so we had a nice stay in Lageland.

I felt very comfortable and fully enjoyed the stay. Especially the tranquility, the lot of space and the visit of the 3 chickens & the nice reserved red cat were great. The contact with Sietse was very pleasant. It was nice to simply be able to take firewood for the stove and use the large garden area for myself, from time to time to see some people of the family/ neighborhood and also the wonderful horses of the neighboring farm, but otherwise completely switch off and switch off from my hustle and family life. I'll be back for sure!
