Experience your stay in a typical Dutch home! This cozy house is built like a tower: all the way up, on the 2nd floor you will find the bedroom and a shower and sink. On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen with a table where you can eat or work. Despite the small space, everything is provided to make a bite to eat, so you don't necessarily have to go out to eat. On the ground floor, there is the toilet and the hall/entrance. The stairs are steep, so keep that in mind!

Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

De Roos, a green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The studio "De Roos" is fully and tastefully decorated and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to relax. There are 2 bicycles available for guests (city centre: 20 minutes by bike). Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep and a sweet dog (stable).

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus).
