New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. In this stylish and unique accommodation surrounded by nature and with the city of Groningen around the corner (center 8 km), you will find our Airbnb. You have stunning views over the Woldmeer. It is attractively furnished and has all the comforts such as a private bathroom, pantry with fridge, microwave, private coffee and tea. You'll sleep on the spacious loft under the sloping wooden roof in a lovely double bed. Downstairs is a lounge/sofa bed and a cozy table to eat at.

There is a full kitchen. A private toilet and bathroom can be found in the hallway.

This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
