Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Erlebe unvergessliche Augenblicke an Bord unseres "NautikHus". Zahlreiche Seen und Buchten der Havel rund um Werder & Potsdam erfreuen sich großer Beliebtheit. Unser Hausboot ist ab 6 Nächten (in der Nebensaison ab 4 Nächten) mit SBF Binnen buchbar. Die Bootseinweisung kostet für Hausboot-Neulinge 50€. Alternativ kann vor Ort in 3 Stunden ein Charterschein für 110€ (& beinhaltet die Bootseinweisung von 50€) gemacht werden. Die Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 110€ ist vor Ort zu zahlen.

The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect against the heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly located in our harbour and is only 7 km from Alex.

Swimming, sunbathing or barbecuing complete the experience.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

In a flexible ensemble of mobile and permanently installed solutions, 2 people can spend the night on board if required. Bed (200 x 160). Cooker, dishes and many extras included... On our raft, with solid forest floor under your feet, enjoy the view over the lake, hike, breathe in the forest air, go on bike tours, fish directly from the property or just switch off or play billiards outside with a view of the Silbersee, chat around the fire bowl.

From kitchenette with hob, bathroom with electric toilet and shower, to the fireplace - without missing anything essential, you can relax and switch off with the view of the water. The boat anchors on the Spree near Treptower Park. It is available for an extra charge and by prior arrangement - you do not need a driver's license for this.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
