Holiday home at the Quince/ private sauna-in IHLOW

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The guest house "The Pines" is located on the edge of the forest in Senzig and only 1 km from Lake Zeesen. Perfect for slowing down, recharging your batteries or sitting in a meeting in Berlin in 45 minutes. The perfect base for exploring the surrounding area or enjoying the beautiful nature. The apartment, newly furnished in 2022 and completely renovated in 2024, is located on a spacious property with direct forest access.

130 m² old-building loft with 4 rooms, City West

We rent out our quiet 4-room 120 m² old building loft in City West when we are not at home. A few minutes from Ku'damm and Zoologischer Garten. The open kitchen/living room and the large living room offer plenty of space for a relaxing stay. A cozy bedroom with a comfortable 1.80 m wide bed, a (children's) room with a 1.60 m bed. There is also a children's bed/baby crib.

You have the entire 1st floor to yourselves. floor. There are three separate rooms, one room with an integrated kitchen block. Two rooms have direct access to the approx. 40 m² terrace overlooking the lake - from the third room you can of course also get there via one of the other two rooms. The visitor's tax is 3 euros/person from 16 years of age.
