Holiday rentals with a patio in Telfs

For skiing, we were in Leutasch at the end of February 2025 and found a very nice apartment to the accommodation. It is designed according to the surroundings, which means that a lot of wood or regional materials have been used. In addition to a high quality high chair, we were also able to use a clothes rack. the only downside: we couldn't find a way to reduce the heating.

Wonderful place, very clean, relaxing and close to hiking trails in Seefeld as well as the train station to get to other locations easily!

We booked the apartment for 2 days and one day, friends also came and stayed. The kitchen/TV area along with the huge terrace was the highlight with stunning views and lots of seating and even a candle to light in the evening. It soon became the centre of activity for us. We visited in June but for the winter there are lots of amenities like wood and a heater. The bathroom could be described as luxurious with a bathtub and even has the option of radio. We did not meet Bernie but met the owner when we arrived and he met us very warmly. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood feels authentic and is an easy walk to Hall, which was also beautiful. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment so very easy to stock up on essentials.

We had a wonderful time in Christian's apartment in Seefeld. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, perfectly located, with a magnificent view of the mountains and really everything you need. We felt very comfortable from the first second - Christian is a very likeable & helpful host. We will definitely come back! 100% recommendation!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

Katharina and Jeff Are incredible hosts - friendly, engaging and helpful with plenty of recommendations to fill your day. We felt welcomed and at home, and the apartment is private with incredible mountain views. We would gladly stay again and would say that our stay was one of our best AirBnB experiences.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We spent a good week in Hubert's Airbnb, to partly work and take a nice walk from work. We felt right at home and have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. You can look at the white mountain peaks from the living room!

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is only a few minutes' walk away. Shops and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Beautiful apartment to visit this region, it has everything you need and a beautiful design. You can see the care they put into the interior design, all of good quality. Stefan is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved our stay!

We had a great stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but it fits two people. The area is nice and quiet and good for activities in the mountains. Thank you for the nice stay 😊
