Quietly located, bright garconniere with balcony

Friendly, bright, quiet garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover passing through. Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away. Also other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are close by. The accommodation is located directly on Inntalradweg. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, by car 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

Nice place right in the center with terrace

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing stores, tobacco shop, etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping center ,intal center ‘‘ and right behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation, etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

Hello, We are Kathi&Daniel and rent our apartment. The apartment is located in the market town of Telfs in the Tyrolean Inn Valley and is a great starting point for hikers, skiers and cyclists. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. A spacious terrace with a view of the mountains invites you to relax. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. City tax must be paid on site in cash: 3 euros / night / guest. Telfs with shopping center, restaurants, doctor's house and pharmacy. State capital Innsbruck with culture, gastronomy and shopping center. Wonderful scenery for hiking, biking and relaxing. Mountains, lakes, recreation rooms and wellness right outside the front door;-)

A beautiful, very bright, friendly furnished 30 m² apartment with breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains awaits you. It is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to a pine forest. In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, the living and dining area has a spacious sofa with a sleeping function for 2 more people. The small modern bathroom has a rain shower.

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06/06 to 08/06/2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, the communication was warm and uncomplicated from the beginning. The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described, you immediately felt comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere in the house. I can fully recommend David's accommodation and would come back anytime. This apartment is amazing value for money and met all our needs for a relaxing stay in Seefeld. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen area was adequate to make meals and the bathroom was of a good quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would certainly stay again.
