Storkjøkken, spisesal, storstue, Baderom på gangen, 18 soverom og 35 senger. 400 meter til Gjerstad togstasjon (Sørlandsbanen) 2, 5 timer med bil fra Oslo og 1,5 time fra Kristiansand. Det er ikke dusj/bad på rommene, men på gangen. Standard er god.
