A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Set in 50 acres of rural tranquility, this peaceful well-appointed cottage offers a welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore the breath-taking beauty of Devon’s countryside and coasts. Nestled on the edge of Swanaford Vineyard, the cottage offers magical views of the vines and the wooded valley beyond, plus access to wild swimming and fishing on the River Teign which borders the estate. The Apiary is a converted hayloft sitting at the end of a 16th Century Dartmoor Farmhouse, a short ten-minute walk from Widecombe in the Moor and 200m from the Two Moors Way. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

The Grange Stable is a cosy, characterful cottage located in a beautiful rural valley within Dartmoor National Park. It offers the perfect romantic get-away and a great base for walking, exploring or relaxing. The cottage provides one spacious bedroom with glorious views of ancient oak trees and our wildflower orchard. Downstairs is full of character with a bespoke wooden staircase, cosy log burner with unlimited logs provided, quality corner sofa bed, stylish kitchen and shower room.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Situated just 10 minutes from the main A38 yet just inside the stunning Dartmoor National Park and close to the Teign Valley, this is a perfect spot to explore the area whether by car, on foot or bicycle. The village of Hennock has a pub, The Palk Arms, and is within 5 minutes drive. The lovely towns of Chagford, Bovey Tracey and Ashburton are within 15 minute’s drive and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth just half an hour.

It is attached to, but separate from the main house. It is a wonderfully peaceful and quiet location surrounded by Riverford Farm organic fields and away from the hustle and bustle.
