Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

I really loved this place. The location is good, everything is near and within walking distance. it's clean and organised, had all the amenities I need. The hosts are wonderful and friendly and very helpful. I urge everyone to try it. And I will definitely come back again.

Thankyou Mr. Vano for accomodating us in your home 🙂 even though we need to leave early because of the flight cancellations/rebooking, nontheless your home is one of the vital spot in tbilisi with easy access thru supermarket, pharmacy, liquours etc.

Nika's mother helped us a lot and was a very sweet woman, we felt like she was a close friend. We stayed in the house for two nights and it was enough for two nights but if you are going to stay longer it may be small. The location was good and the house was clean.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. Absolutely amazing hosts and lovely place, location is very good, in heart of old town, you can walk to many places and not using transport. Perfect stay for a few days in Tbilisi!

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

The location is amazing—everything, including the Mother of Georgia and other landmarks, is within walking distance. Mamuka, our host, was so kind and took really good care of us. He even let us check in late because we had a long journey crossing the border. It was such a lovely experience overall, and we’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tbilisi

David was a wonderful host; he was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing, it was well equipped for our month-long stay, and when we did have a small maintenance issue upon arrival, David had it taken care of right away. highly recommend him as a host as would choose his apartment again any time I am in Tbilisi.
