Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

apartment is located in the old district of city center, only 3 minute walk to the subway station Rustaveli at historical Kakabadzeebi st. The location is perfect as you don’t need any public transport, you can walk everywhere. It's semi-BASEMENT(!), with windows. The house has status of cultural heritage ( built at the end of 19th century). You will have a private entrance, airco, kitchenette, microwave, iron, fridge, private bathroom, cosy room and TOP location.

The house is newly renovated, has a fully functional kitchen and a private terrace with a stunning view on Tbilisi. Best place to enjoy morning coffee and a glass of wine! The house is on the hill - stairs leading to it are as to the fourth floor without an elevator. The house is only 5 min away from the main tourist area with bars, cafes, restaurants and night life.

Also an ancient architecture. The apartment has a simple, modern design. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from house to Metro. Near our apartament are a lot of cafes, shops, markets, Macdonalds, Dunkin Donuts, theatres and interesting monuments. We are always happy to host you

Район колоритный, пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности города и является популярной зоной для туристов. В пару шагах Кафе ресторан с прекрасной грузинской едой и видом на вес Тбилиси, супермаркеты, винный магазины с погребом старый рынок со свежими фруктами и овощами. Очень тихий район. Парковка на улице бесплатное.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
