Really a wonderful stay, the apartment is very clean, and spacious that the pictures do not give it its right, the host was very helpful, I spent 3 nights with my family and really impressed us with the cleanliness of the place, the paper of the furniture and equipment, not far from the vital areas, the only defect is that I faced some difficulty in entering the building positions because of the severe decline, but overall we were happy with the stay and I highly recommend it.

I loved this cute and cozy apartment! Location is excellent, so close to everything/ walking distance or easy to get a metro or a taxi. Even though it’s very central the apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. I had excellent sleep there. It’s had everything you need for a stay. I spent 2 weeks there and were very happy with it. Excellent host and perfect accommodation for a stay in the Centre of Tbilisi

Very comfortable studio, room is nicely refurbished, bed is comfortable. Nice little balcony overlooking pedestrian street. Good hot shower. Location is absolutely perfect. No cooking facilities which was great for me but bear it in mind. Check in was a dream, very clear and easy and the host accommodated for my less than ideal arrival time. Thank you so much :)

From the easy check in process, the great unit, and his help when there was a problem on our end, it was such a great stay :) the apartment is also in a great location, very central without being in a touristy/busy area at all! Natalia promptly accepted me when I needed to find a new apartment urgently because they were crushed with another reservation. Always in touch! The apartment is bright, cozy, in a convenient house with an elevator, which was a plus with my heavy suitcase, the bathtub was also a plus, the mattress and pillows are comfortable - you feel at home. The apartment has a stunning view of the Caucasus Ridge! Recommended!

It has a wonderful courtyard. Clean, comfortable and easy to get to. It offers everything that is promised.

Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

This was our second time staying at Arsena’s place. Still great, perfect for families and bigger groups.

Had a nice stay with Mariam. Place was clean and spotless with everything we would need. Mariam had thought about small details that we would need at home in the kitchen, bathroom and in the hall for a short stay.

Stayed in this apartment from September 20 to September 22. I would like to note the attention to the details of this host: all the necessary household items, and more, things that create comfort and coziness.(original mosquito nets, toiletries) Polite and good-natured hostess. Met ahead of time.

Very very good place, everything extremely high quality and best view in Tbilisi. Mamuka is probably the most helpful and responsive host I have ever had - and as you can see on my profile, I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs If you want quality and are willing to pay for it, this is the place Highly recommend

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Thank you so much Guram for being very responsive and helpful you most definitely always were responsive with everything we needed and wanted. The property was as described if not more it was absolutely beautiful and the views were breath taking watching the sunrise and the sunset will definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here.
