Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

We chose the House in the Castle because we wanted to meet Gloria in person, after reading her blog for a few years, and to live a few days in a small Marche village! Kind and thoughtful welcome and beautiful location. We felt comfortable! Highly recommended!

The house is ideally located — right across from the train station, very close to the beach but also to the city center, which made getting around very easy. I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

It's almost a shame to only stay there for one night. Wonderful and modern apartment, very bright and well furnished, with several parking lots around and close to what is the main square of Cervia, as well as several shops and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk from the sea. Marco is a serious, friendly, friendly and responsible person, as well as being extremely helpful. If you want to make a good name with friends or your half, highly recommended and if I have to go back to the area, I will not think twice about where to book!

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings.
