Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tavullia

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

What can Isay... we really felt at home. Really friendly and friendly hosts, able to make you feel part of the family. Relaxing location and immersed in complete tranquility despite being only 5 minutes from the "chaos" of the country. Umbertide is then in a strategic position enough to be able to easily reach beautiful places such as Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia and much more. Very, very good value....the restaurant of the location is really something special, quality raw material and unique flavors. We had a really beautiful vacation.... really congratulations to Stefania and Michele, keep it up 😊💪🏼

Suitable for those wanting a peaceful getaway in Tuscany which is close to Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentina. Great views over the valley to enjoy with public transport [ trains and buses] not far away to take you further afield. You do your own transport to get there as up a hill, which whilst walkable, but not with luggage. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, good internet and a Smart TV ensure you don't miss your home comforts. But oh so peaceful!

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Ester’s place was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the beautiful stone and wooden floors, and the Tuscan kitchen was a dream—filled with gorgeous dishes and high-quality cookware that made cooking a pleasure. The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the furnishings struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and elegant style. Every little detail, from the artwork to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, added so much character. This was not one of those bare, minimalistic places—it felt curated and cozy, full of warmth and personality. Giovanni and Ester were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They reached out ahead of time to advise us to make reservations for Easter (which was a lifesaver!), helped arrange transportation, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and checked in to make sure we were doing well. We also really appreciated the welcoming bottle of prosecco, the breakfast treats, and the beautiful fresh oranges.

Nice apartment, great location, wonderful Host!

We were allowed to spend 10 days over Easter here in the middle of Parco San Bartolo - a real privilege! The house and the very spacious garden simply delighted us: it was very quiet, the nature in spring status. In the park itself we took various small tours, but the wider area also invited you to explore. Although we did not see any fireflies, a pheasant and in the middle of the night the grilling of a wild boar in the garden. We have recovered very well. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

Marco is a unique host, but above all a wonderful person! From the moment of booking, he was very friendly and met our needs. On the day of check-in, he personally welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary directions for our stay, welcoming us with biscuits. The apartment is located in the center of Anghiari, which is more center than that you can't! Very convenient to reach from the free parking that takes you with the elevator to above the village. From there, a few steps on foot and you're right in front of Marco's apartment. The cheerfulness is very welcoming, spacious and has everything you need, even much more (even smart TVs and PlayStation). Also, honorable mention to the double bed: it's super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. If you come to Anghiari, choose Marco and make sure you won't regret it. Quality/Price of this type in the historic center is not found! A hug and see you next time!!

Great location, very tidy and beautiful apartment. The room temperature is just right, and the room is very artistic. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, communication with the host was very smooth, and he responded quickly! Great!

Very comfortable and easy to reach accommodation, with parking inside the property and lots of free parking outside. The nearby dog breakage area was much appreciated, and the short distance from the beaches and the sea.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

Clean and very peaceful apartment. We also enjoyed the veranda where you can eat with your eyes in the greenery. Great location both for visiting beautiful Ravenna and going to the shores. Recommended.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

This is a very comfortable house with beautiful views and a terrific pool. The house really consists of two apartments which works great when traveling with family. The living spaces are not large but work well- we spent most of our time outside anyway. About a 35-40 minute walk into the center of town. Parking in Cortona is tricky, so it’s nice to have the option to walk. Overall, a very good value, comfortable, well-maintained, and easy to use as a hub getting around the small villages of Tuscany and Umbria.

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.
