La casa di Massimo è un tuffo nel passato, pulitissima, silenziosa, fresca, ampia e perfetta per staccare la mente dalla routine! Massimo e la sua famiglia poi sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità mai vista da un host. Tutto veramente impeccabile, noi e il nostro Nerone non vediamo l'ora di tornare! 🐶

Siamo appena tornati dal Casale di Nonno Dario..e già vorremmo ripartire! La casa è semplicemente perfetta, pulita, particolarmente apprezzato il kit di benvenuto, ci siamo come al solito portati da casa mille cose, ma non sarebbe servito perché in cucina e in bagno c'era praticamente tutto! Cercavamo la pace, e la pace abbiamo trovato. Per noi abituati ai rumori e alla frenesia della città, il ritmo lento è il silenzio del casale e dei suoi dintorni soni stati un toccasana. Aprire le finestre e godere dello splendido panorama delle colline marchigiane non ha prezzo. Nelle giornate calde la piscina e il giardino ci hanno consentito di trovare ristoro dopo le escursioni. Un grazie di cuore a Silvia, per la sua gentilezza e i vari consigli che ci ha dispensato durante il soggiorno. Ci rivedremo di sicuro.

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

Bel rustico immerso nelle verdi colline vicino Urbino. Ideale per visitare la città e i dintorni. Mara è stata estremamente gentile e amichevole. Il posto perfetto anti stress per chi cerca un soggiorno nella tranquillità e nella pace.

Nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak, a konyha jól felszerelt. A teraszról nagyon szép a kilátás. Egy hetet töltöttünk itt, de nagyon otthon érezte magát mindenki. A strand közel van, maximum 15 perc alatt megközelíthető. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

La casa è situata in un posto stupendo negli appennini, relativamente vicino a città come Gubbio, Urbino e Cagli, che meritano una visita, ma soprattutto immerso nella natura e nel silenzio oltre a tanti percorsi per camminare nelle vicinanze e per tutti i livelli. Ovviamente, si è un po' sperduti quindi i servizi come supermercati etc. non sono proprio dietro l'angolo per, cui è necessario prepararsi. La strada per arrivare alla casa è una strada di montagna (asfaltata), quindi piuttosto stretta ma facilmente percorribile dato anche il pochissimo traffico. La casa è comoda e spaziosa, la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario (pentole, condimenti, caffè..), c'è una terrazza con bellissima vista, non c'è il riscaldamento (acqua calda sì) ma c'è un camino. L'host Riccardo è stato super disponibile e gentile: sia per quanto riguarda check in e check out, sia durante la permanenza, si è preoccupato che ci fosse tutto il necessario, dalla biancheria alla legna per il camino.

Appartamento molto grande e con spazi ben suddivisi. Completa di ogni comfort e con una vista spettacolare. La tranquillità regna sovrana. Federica è stata molto disponibile e sempre reattiva. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Verucchio, purtroppo manca un marciapiede per arrivare in centro, ma in 1 minuto di auto è possibile raggiungere i parcheggi del centro. La posizione è strategica per visitare anche San Marino e Rimini. Lo consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti davvero splendidi nel Luxury appartamento di Claudia e Alessandro a Riccione. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: moderna, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla per riposare bene la notte. Claudia e Alessandro sono stati host eccezionali, disponibili e attenti a ogni richiesta. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e spiagge e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, eleganza e un’accoglienza calorosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Great time at this Air bnb! Everything was extremely clean and just as pictured, Marco was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful beaches right across the street, great food just 5 minutes walking. Grab a taxi at the station if you come by train! It’s only 30 minutes walking but in the summer heat and with bags we could not do that :). The taxis are located outside platform to at the Riccione Station. Thank you again Marco!

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

- Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder auch möglich auf dem Grundstück zu parken - ruhige Gegend - Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Familie wohnt im gleichen Haus (leider sehr hellhörig) - Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos - sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche - draußen vor der Haustür kann Wäsche aufgehangen werden - bequemes Doppelbett - Morena ist gut erreichbar - Strand, Restaurants + Geschäfte in 15-20 min erreichbar

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene nell'alloggio di Attilio, tutto come da descrizione, bello e pulito, ci torneremo sicuramente!

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Very modern and comfortable apartment with beautiful sea views. The place is very well designed and fully equipped. Supersized TVs in the lounge and the bedroom and a hot tub on the balcony are a real treat! Ample secure parking in the courtyard, walking distance to all amenities - shops, restaurants and the beach. Perfect location. Federico is an excellent host, always responsive and friendly. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Federico's apartment 😁👍

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Wir sind rundum begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit so viel Herzlichkeit empfangen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein echter Wohlfühlort: liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben uns alle rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
