Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Welcome to Tauranga. Our newly renovated studio apartment offers peaceful surroundings, a safe and secure environment with a central location and convenience all in one! Only 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Mount Maunganui, 6 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the hospital for visits or 2 minutes’ walk down to the Kopurererua Valley Stream bicycle tracks and walkways Our apartment is self-check-in, fully equipped and we offer free Wifi, Netflix and Prime.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
