Holiday rentals with beach access in Tau

The apartment is really great and surrounded by water. We were there over Pentecost and it was wonderfully quiet. Rune's supermarket is right next door and unfortunately was closed over the holidays during our stay. Otherwise, it's super practical. Rune is very friendly and we also rented his little boat to sail across the Lysefjord. A great experience!

Very nice quiet apartment located close to the water. The apartment was well equipped. Great bathroom. Somewhat remote, so best to reach only by car. Cozy terrace. In case of problems, the landlord is very helpful. Holiday apartment highly recommended. We recovered well.

Beautiful and small accommodation to explore Stavanger and its surroundings. The city can be reached quickly by car. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend the apartment!😊

The apartment is located in a very nice new building district just outside the city. It has a high standard of fittings, even with a fully automatic coffee machine. A rarity in Norway! Right by the sea. From the garage with charging facilities, you can take the lift directly to the apartment. Great terrace. You can get to the city centre in 15 minutes by bus.

Very nice apartment, superbly equipped and well maintained and everything you need. The view from the apartment and from the garden is very beautiful. The centre of Stavanger can be easily reached by bus, which is within walking distance (5 min). For three people (2 adults, 1 child) the apartment is almost a little too small. but we would definitely come back, felt very comfortable

We loved our stay! We felt home directly, the host were so friendly and helpful. The view is stunning and we enjoyed great weather in the little garden and on the terrace. Also the hike nearby that our host helped us with was very special. We could have stayed longer easily. Very calm, easy to walk to the water and great to find peace!

This was a super comfortable experience. The landlord was very nice and enthusiastic. they even wanted to wait for us to arrive at 1 a.m. to meet us. The room was very clean and had a distinctive style. It was the kind of house we liked. In short, please must must must choose it!

Spacious, wam and well furnished apartment; perfect for family visiting me in Stavanger. Apartment was cozy to enjoy lazy mornings, but close enough to the city to enjoy activities in the afternoon and evening. Ole was very helpful host, esecially for a first time Airbnb-er. Absolutely recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

Ingeborg's surfer villa is a great place to stay. Beautiful location, high-quality amenities and a lot of space. Communication with Ingeborg has always worked great and we got all the info we need. We will be happy to come back.

Rural and peaceful – perfect for families with children. Clean, quiet and well set up for the little ones. We enjoyed ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was really helpful, responded quickly to all our messages, and was very friendly throughout. He also gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. We especially appreciated that he took the time to stop by in person. It really made us feel welcome. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus, the view was beautiful! We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! 😆

We were very happy with our stay! Very modern, cozy, with a beautiful panorama of the city. Everything you needed was available. The apartment is perfectly pampered, even coffee beans in a jar on the fridge, all prepared with taste and care! Kitchen equipped for a comfortable stay, even shower gels available - like in a hotel! As soon as we are in this area, we will certainly use it again. We recommend it 100%

What an incredible stay. Just outside the city. Morning coffee with the sheep and the rolling waves. Hosts were lovely, highly recommend.

Highly recommended for hikers and people with sensitive sleep! The beds are rather hard, the bedrooms can be darkened well and it is quiet. The location is great both for starting various hiking trails and the view from the terrace. The two are currently building a great piece of jewellery! Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The cat that lives with the two is a cuddly treasure and the dog is a sweetheart. Maren and Martin are friendly and open but not intrusive. The contact with them was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful time in these apartments! Rating 11/10 👌. The neighborhood is very cozy and calm, yet conveniently close to many attractions. The house itself is clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly friendly and positive, providing lots of useful information about local sights 🖤. It was a fantastic time, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I recommend it to everyone! 👌

Very nice accommodation with large garden, private small area and jetty directly on the water overlooking the fjord estuary and the small harbor directly in the village. Stavanger can be reached in ~40 minutes and the nearest small town of Jorpesland is about 20 minutes away. In the village, however, there are 2 small supermarkets. Nature is incredibly beautiful and there are many hiking trails such as the Preikestolen, Sollifjell, Uburen within 30 minutes reach. The boat tour directly in Forsand is also highly recommended. Torhild was super nice and accommodating. She gave us a lot of recommendation for activities, shopping, restaurants and much more. We were able to contact her 24/7 on site or via app. Overall, the accommodation has been very nice, the surroundings are full of impressive nature and there is no lack of activities / tranquility. The week-long stay was perfect for us. We would not do anything else in retrospect! Thank you :-)
