She was a sister who stayed. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio, always attentive to our requirements, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after the check-out time. The concierge staff are excellent and very attentive. A highly recommended place.

The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all really well equipped, cleaned and decorated. The view from de terrace is amazing. Francisca and her husband were in charge of our breakfast and house cleaning, they were super welcoming and always available for us. We loved and super enjoy our stay at Tiagos place! Hope we can visit again soon!

My stay was 10/10, I give it a thousand stars Economic value, many plants, everything very clean (that stood out) the courtesies such as water, coffee, salt, sugar made the difference, comfort paper, soap and towels. Very quiet area and the best thing is that it is well located, the center is close, places to buy food, meat, etc. The hosts were very kind in everything! And the responses were always quick, both were attentive if I needed anything. I would definitely come back a thousand times and I totally recommend it. Thank you for everything!

Paula was always very polite friendly answered promptly to any question or doubt I still lent the hair dryer to me. The apartment was impeccable was all clean organized the pillows were new there were two sets of towel extra beach chairs and very clean and fresh utensils. I loved the stay and the attention and care with me on arrival! They were very good hosts, I recommend with eyes closed! The very quiet district is also well located.

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well-equipped, clean, we love it! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

Everything was very good, only on one Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
