We had great days staying in the accommodation of Rômulo, a cozy, super clean environment and with all necessary utensils, the house is also well located with easy access to several beaches. The host was super communicative and attentive, he also showed us great tours that we enjoyed a lot! And at the end we still get super cute souvenirs from Arraial, note 10!

The host is very friendly, she always responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed the place. We would recommend warning people to bring mosquito repellent for those who do not consider it a priority.

Excellent accommodation! We were greeted by Enil, who was super friendly, attentive and very warm. She was always on the lookout to make sure we didn't miss anything. They were flexible with the arrival, as we arrived before check-in time and they had no problem. The accommodation for 2 is spectacular, very complete, comfortable, ultra clean, smells very good and the kitchen has no stove but Enil lent us an electric one that we used very well. At night there may be some annoying mosquitoes, at least at this time (May), but with a little repellent it is solved. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and close to everything. In 10-15 minutes you can walk everywhere. The air conditioning has an extra cost but it was not necessary at all, with the ceiling fan it was perfect. They also provide you with bottles of mineral water, at an extra cost, but it saves you from having to go and buy them. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation, very well located on the main avenue, which allowed you to take the bus meters from the entrance of the inn. It is also very accessible on foot, you have beaches nearby and the center 15/20 min walk. The area is quiet for walking at any time. The facilities of the place were very comfortable, and when we were welcomed they helped us with a lot of directions about the place and local activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Loft! Air conditioning works well both upstairs and downstairs, excellent location, with easy access to the beaches and central part of Búzios. Alejandro was very helpful and always responded quickly, including doing frequent maintenance in the apartment. It has a total of 4 fans in the room in addition to the air conditioning, as well as a huge window that helps a lot with ventilation! I will definitely return one day!!

The stay was very peaceful, I thought it was great to have a beach in the condominium! Everything was clean and new in the accommodation, great shower, complete and functional kitchen, which allowed us to make meals according to our taste!! The area is very quiet, 10 minutes from the center (rua das piedras) Ana and her daughter are attentive if you need anything, it has what you need to stay, although it has a fan in the room, it is not enough, it should have an air conditioner because of the heat.
